  1. Tomorrow is pitching
  2. Idunno playing third.
  3. Yes. Well kept secret. Let's see it. ?
  4. True dat. Builders get "special" deals on "special products" that lesser manufacturers can't possibly sell to anyone else. And, the major retail players don't want to be bothered with all the varieties of inferior (it's called "builders hardware") single-use junk. Cheaper for them to carry two or three of the major brands that will represent 85% of the replacement market . . . and if your problem device isn't one of those mainstream (sorry about that) products, they count on you replacing it with what the sell. Therefore, they still don't have to carry "everything." Win-win-win for everybody but the consumer. ?
  5. Yeah, but, Ron! It will be SO GOOD once the surgery is done and you're healed. You'll feel like -- and be -- a whole new man!!! Trust me. (twice) ?
  6. just anybody . . . HELP!
  7. somebody . . . Help! Not . . .
  8. I agree. I'm usually that way, too ~ que sera, sera. It'll show up when it shows up. I seldom weigh in when there's such speculation about release dates. I have enough previous releases in queue, vying for the benchtop. An unreleased future draft-pick normally doesn't clutter up my mind or time. But, I had some fresh, normally reliable info for those whose knickers were getting bunched, so I thought I'd toss it out there. No harm, no foul. I also get a kick out of the sudden, unexpected surprise releases. "Didn't see that one coming." Oh, sorry. They didn't check with you first? LOL. ?
  9. You think? Obviously your gray matter has cooled enough to function very well now that you've been out of the desert and back in the midwest for awhile! LOL. FYI, FWIW: The info source is an old/former friend of yours, too. ?
  10. A usually very reliable source indicated to me the release has been pushed back to Feb/March 2021. ?
  11. "Full FUBAR!" That outranks Half-A$$ed FUBAR, right?!?! ?

  13. Outstanding! You nailed it. ?
  14. A note with regard to Justin's last paragraph: I was in a local hobby shop (known to be firmly glued to the top of MSRP - pardon the pun) and noticed they have some of the reissued 1/32 simplified AMT/R2/AutoWorld kits. Pricing ranged from $24.95 for the '32 Ford to $33.95 (!) for the '58 Thunderbird! Yes, $33.fricking95!!!! Holy gouge, Batman. Whoa. So much for simplified. So much for small parts count and less plastic weight per box. ?
  15. VERY nice! ?
  16. Spectacular! Just exquisite!! It's an amazing accomplishment. ?
