  1. After years of feeding a hungry carpet monster in the hobby room, and scratch building replacement parts because of that, I removed the carpet and found most of those lost parts! They are now in the spare parts bin!
  2. Yer on the right track with engine, I do believe. Any updates on the medical condition of that thumb?
  3. Amazing. Looks like this build is gonna have about 9000 parts in it when you get it finished. Beautiful stuff!
  4. I have a couple of the hardtop kits, from the Oldies series. I've been trying to find an affordable convertible kit for quite a number of years. They do pop up now and then, but usually go beyond my bank account.
  5. The '68 300 convertible was also available in kit form. It came in the flat box issue.

    59 Spacedorado

Absolutely fantastic! It certainly has that 50's sci-fi vibe to it. Very well executed, in my opinion. Gives me some ideas for some of my left over stuff. I've been told a few times to never toss anything out. ( Probably why I need a bigger house! LoL)
  7. Me, too! How about a key with a lucky rabbit's foot key chain?
  8. One word comes to mind..... Fabulous!
  9. It's already a stunning interior, and you ain't even stuck it together, yet!
  10. Some folks call the other style intakes "long rams".
  11. There may not be enough interest, but I'm wondering if you would be able to produce a front grille and back taillight panel for a 1966 Dodge Coronet 500 to fit the Revell 1967 Dodge Coronet R/T kit. It seems the '66 Coronet is the only missing 'B' body Dodge in scale form, all the way from '62, up to the '78 Monaco 4dr police car kits.
  12. Looks like he might be training a five year old to make resin parts!
  13. Excellent tip that adds even more depth to the details. Thanks for posting this "insider's secret"!
  14. Great projects! Can't get enough of these old MOPARS! I would love to have a wagon like that to go with my other old MOPAR builds.
  15. I went from Verizon to Cricket. We have two lines for $96 a month, and that includes insurance on both phones. Even if you lose a phone, they will replace it. Signal might not be as strong as Verizon, but it doesn't dig as deeply into the bank account like Verizon did.
  16. I did the same on eBay for a set of "Jeans Machine" decals for a 1978 Dodge pickup. Got them fast that way.
  17. I'd rather see a photographed built-up example, even if it is not super-detailed, on the box art, than the hand-drawn "cartoons" on some of the kits from the past.
  18. My cousin had to put his '73 Duster 340 in the shop for a couple days, and the dealership loaned him a '74 Sebring Plus to drive. It had a sunroof in it. It was such a nice car, he almost traded his Duster for it.
  19. Very well done on the Vette! Very clean build. That is about the darkest red color I've ever seen.
  20. Same here........
  21. Not meaning to be a detractor, but you might want to be mindful of the red plastic the bed is molded in.
  22. This has to be the best one, so far! LoL
