  1. Absolute beauty! Well Done!!
  2. When i get ready to post kits, I look at their stated value in this guide: I set my values according to condition of the item, suggested value in this guide, and comparing them to others on eBay. I might add that I have yet to sell one at the stated value in this guide book. I just use it basically as a reference point to get started. Trying to downsize a large stash is turning out to be difficult!
  3. with radio blaring
  4. This is how I do it, too. But, go slowly, as the Exacto blade might have a tendency to jump out of the panel line and leave a scratch where you don't want it. (I learned that the hard way.)
  5. Very nice build! One of my favorite '60's colors, too.........Baby Blue!!
  6. I built this version several years ago: No firewall, radiator. Big axles. Molded in taillights. It still looks very much like the '63 one of my uncles owned back in '63. A beautiful car! He had the '63, another uncle had a '62, and a cousin had a '61. All nice cars.
  7. And, it sure looks like a convertible boot on the parts tree for the '69 Camaro.
  8. The box art for the Valiant Scamp sure makes it look like a Dodge Swinger, instead of a Scamp.
  9. The first word that came to mind........AMAZING!
  10. All the MOPARS I've owned had a gold color on the little Pentastar emblem. And, even though some 1:1 cars have one on both front fenders, they didn't leave the factory that way. Only on the right front fender, but....you guys knew that!! LOL
  11. They seem to be trying to keep the same pace as Dollar General!!
  12. Some Factory Stock wheels and tires, along with maybe some wheel covers that were seen on the cars of my youth would get some bidniz from me!!
  13. That would be a good thing to see in HL!
  14. Will it have molded in taillights like the Model King version I built several years ago?
  15. Wow!! It's only $99.99 behind the Plymouth, now!
  16. Dig that crazy Coca Cola Charger!! Some interesting looking issues, this time.
  17. I pulled up a Pegasus website, and sent an email concerning the Moebius 1/25 scale car and truck kits. I sent the email to the admin's email address. It was returned to me as undeliverable, and the reason given was that the mailbox was full. Maybe I'll try again, later.
  18. Hmmmmm.....I have used baking soda and super glue for filler before. I'll check on it, and see if any problems have popped up......if I can remember which build I used it on. I saw the mention of baby powder, but wouldn't most any powder tend to soak up moisture?
  19. First time I've seen one in this color. I like it!

Cool project! Great modification work! Reminds me of a '56 BelAir that ran around here a long time ago that had two front halves joined together. You didn't know if that car was coming, or going!!!!
  21. Talk about leavin' the door open.........................LOL
  22. Mine had low mileage, but had been sideswiped by a dump truck! I had to get in and out on the passenger side!!
  23. He has a few of those Rambler American kits. They don't seem to be commanding big dollars, yet.
  24. The same seller has these running: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Jo-Han-C-1866-149-1-25-1966-Rambler-American-CVt-Customizing-Vintage-unbuilt/153616838131?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Jo-Han-C-1167-150-1-25-1967-Chrysler-300-HT-Customizing-kit-Vintage-unbuilt-orig/153616934300?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Revell-1962-Dodge-Dart-440-Vintage-unbuilt-original-Revellion-funny-car-body-RED/202766507478?hash=item2f35d35dd6:g:uWsAAOSwPkFdZsYZ
