  1. The later versions of the Heritage series lacked the rib on top of the fenders, which ran from the headlight back toward the center of the wheel opening and stopped at the turn signal. The Italeri version has this rib- Exactly what year WS stopped this I don't know for certain. The top 2 pictures are a 1987, the bottom 2 are mid 90's (94-96).
  2. Terrific. Just what this forum needs, another "Negative Norman". I guess you can't please all of the people all of the time... Most people that frequent this forum want simplicity, it's a case of less is more. Now you come along and rain on the parade and criticize the layout because it doesn't have sub categories. I think the OP's intention was to have a little fun with this, either join in and have some fun or ignore this thread and move on.
  3. Nice. The thread is almost 7 years old and the OP hasn't been around for over 3 years....
  4. Is this still a go or has the mission been scrubbed?
  5. The old MDC trucks, prior to being renamed DCR, were painted the same orange and black as well
  6. I think Bob makes a valid point. The description for the General board clearly states "For general model car hobby or 1:1 automotive related topics ONLY." However it has 9 pinned threads, and only one of those threads fits the category as it's currently defined. Something needs to change here, either the pinned topics get moved or the board description gets amended.
  7. There needs to be a link here on the forum to either the main site or to the tee shirts directly. The idea of selling tee shirts is great but nobody knows how to access the main site or how to find the tees with out a link. We have a link for a "Gallery" that doesn't even function, replace the Gallery link with the Home Page link or Main Site link and you'll sell more tee shirts.
  8. I got this this one yesterday, At first glance, I thought it was from you Gregg. Then I read the back and realized it was from Auntie Constanziana and Uncle Alberto, it's their 50th anniversary ...... BTW, we usually just call them Connie and Al ....
  9. What ever happened with that? Tim hasn't logged in here since March. Prior to that he hadn't logged in for over a year.
