Enjoying this so far.

Got a little more done. I got the motor built. I had planned or wiring it but changed my mind for some reason. Then I went over the body with some 5000. Next I went over the chrome trim with some red accent to tie in with the interior color. This is just an eyeball shot. I love a view of a sled from this view. Stay Tuned...

If you could get $8-10 for it, that would be awesome. But why not build it up as a curbside, or even save the parts for future builds.

I recently contacted Revell for the glass tree for a kit I bought over 10 years ago. They kindly replied that that kit was no longer in production and they told me that they couldnt help. Then I did some research and found a similar kit that is still in production and requested that glass tree. This was no problem. They sent out the tree and I was able to finish my Corvette. Years before, I had purchased the 60 Impala low rider kit and the body was warped. I asked for a replacement and they sent it right out. I have no problems with Revell. Excellent customer service.

I moved about 17 years ago and just recently got back into modelling. I have many hobbies like electronics, playing guitar and building/racing/collecting ho slot cars. It was fun to unpack old built ups and the boxed goodies.

I love those coupons. I once saw one for 70% off one item. AC Moore does this too.

At 7.99, you can't loose. I have an Ollies minutes from work and one minutes from home. I hit the one near the office after work today, I picked up 2 of the Sox and Martin GTX;s. I'll do one up like the box and the other like the GTX in Tommy Boy. I'll hit the one near home after class tonite!
