That's really cool

Another gluebomb a buddy dropped off. There is nothing better than free models no matter what they look like especially if they are muscle cars! There was a bunch of stuff missing and the glass is painted. Yes, the moth came with the car. It died right there in the passenger seat. Stay tuned...

Super clean. Nice build

Thanks everybody

Beautiful. Very inspiring

It's ok Gareth. I was kind of excited to see that you and I were doing essentially the same car at the same time. About 3 years ago I was working on a 56 Bel Air and I cut open the doors and trunk. The hood was already off and that body was so flimsy it literally broke at least once a week. I stuck it thru and was able to finish it. Here it is. Take your time and when you feel up to it, do a little. Consider your Bonnie a learning car. The next time you try this, you will know what works and what won't. And you may be able to figure out how to fix things that you previously couldn't.

She's finally under glass. You can find her here. Thanks for playing along

This one is officially done. I thought I'd give her a pro touring look. I got it as a glue bomb and I did my best to bring her back from the dead. The rear glass was missing so I had to make one. I've never taken a kit this far before. Some of the new techniques were battery cables, fuel lines, brake lines, coil and spark plug wires, heater hoses and radiator hoses. This was the first time I've used wood patterned contact paper. This was a fun little build considering it didn't cost me a dime. The build thread is here. Thanks for looking.

Super clean and great color

Putting on the final touches... Test fit the body to see the stance. Looks a little high in the front. The interior. I've never taken a build this far before. Battery cables, radiator hoses, heater hoses, coil wire, distributor wires, brake lines and fuel lines.

I'm not sure of how to proceed. Sand with 3000, 5000 then polish?

Nice. Go go go

Noooooo! Don't give up so soon. Get yourself some Testors 3502 and weld that windshield frame back together

Sweet build. I like the color combo

Oh man, this is gonna be killer

I laid on some color yesterday then put on some clear this morning. Unfortunately it was too hot outside and the clear began to cure before it flattened out.

Great looking Fury!

There you go. You never know what you can do until you do it. You got this

Looking good Gareth. This body looks very familiar to me
