  1. Got it now and see what you meant, that is strange.
  2. The early GTOs only had 2 side vents behind the front wheels so Aurora got a it right. When this kit was introduced it was such great kit with lots of detail through out but then the reality of the body proportions set in. I took the body off and put the Revell slot body on the stretched chassis instead.
  3. Congratulations and well deserved. It has very impressive details all over the place.
  4. You wouldn't need a step ladder to get in, you could just walk up the treads.
  5. Super nice indeed. The attention to detail is remarkable. The clock on the wall is a great idea. I agree that when in operation the room is off limits.
  6. Thanks Rick for the response.
  7. Very impressive workmanship. Look forward to more progress posts.
  8. The shadow of the tree adds another dimension to the photo. The scooter is a nice touch too.
  9. Oh now that is one sweet IH. Who makes it?
  10. Another trip to Rite Aid to pick up prescriptions and another Welly Porsche for $9.99. This is a 2014 Porsche 918 Spyder and the interior detail is outstanding.
  11. Very well done all the way around, car, figures, and scene.
  12. Superb pictures!
  13. A Man and A Woman, 1965. GT40s, rally Mustangs, really great score, what's not to like.
  14. Sweet build indeed. I like the way the color came out.
  15. The tag says Tamiya.
  16. Nicely done. What caught my eye were the tools in the tool box.

    Riviera

I was at Rite Aid and they had the buy one get a second for 50% off so I bought a Volkswagen Beetle and another 64 1/2 Mustang coupe.
  18. Looking really good. Especially the pealing paint around the front wheel wells is a nice touch.
  19. You have inspired me to finish the Fourgonnette van version I started last year. Well done.
  20. When I was in a blue suit I remember hearing the El Caminos at March AFB CA, the home base for the U2s, had to be taken off base for hi-test gas and tune ups, the motor pool couldn't handle them.
  21. Glad to see the update and the progress is looking good.

    Scarab Mk 1

members.optusnet.com.au/pattosplace/home.html Patto does the Scarab body in 1/24 as a slot body. A well known resin caster told me recently that he is working on a full detail Scarab as a future release.
  23. I agree with the other comments that you did a nice job with this kit.
  24. "Enjoy them?" Definitely do. You have done a great job with them.
  25. Oh my oh my, I take my hat off out of respect for what you are doing here. And thanks for sharing your process details with us. Gary
