  2. FWIW a while back I was trying to paint the yellow plastic AMT 65 Riviera interior white with Testor's enamel flat white then gloss white. Many coats and still yellowish white result. I ended up painting it black and called it a day.
  3. Looks like more of a "Kulture" type rod to me.
  4. If you like it, buy it and enjoy. If not, don't. Then move on. It's that simple.....at least for me.
  5. I think A/FX (factory experimental) most accurately describes the pre "Funny Car" era of extreme altered wheel base cars these kits represent. Your kit is coming along nicely Kevin!

  7. I finally got a Hobby Lobby in my area (YAY!) that just opened. I made my first visit today and took advantage of sales and a 40% off coupon. I'll be going there again!

  9. Agreed. I saw this one in a car mag a long time ago and as far as 57 gasser style goes, to me it just doesn't get any better. Now if I can ever get around to my Revell kit!

  11. I am within driving distance of 4 Walmarts. Of the 4, 1 sells plastic models kits and has a small Testors paint rack.
