    FWIW a while back I was trying to paint the yellow plastic AMT 65 Riviera interior white with Testor's enamel flat white then gloss white. Many coats and still yellowish white result. I ended up painting it black and called it a day.

    I think A/FX (factory experimental) most accurately describes the pre "Funny Car" era of extreme altered wheel base cars these kits represent. Your kit is coming along nicely Kevin!

    I finally got a Hobby Lobby in my area (YAY!) that just opened. I made my first visit today and took advantage of sales and a 40% off coupon. I'll be going there again!

    Agreed. I saw this one in a car mag a long time ago and as far as 57 gasser style goes, to me it just doesn't get any better. Now if I can ever get around to my Revell kit!

    I am within driving distance of 4 Walmarts. Of the 4, 1 sells plastic models kits and has a small Testors paint rack.
