My theme for this year was "Toys & Games" - builds inspired by (or actually made from) video games, traditional toys, general nostalgia, a casino, and an amusement park. I got a lot done this year, ranging from one-evening "relax and build something" sets to multi-year builds, and from a 75¢ garage sale find to a $125 3D printed kit. I tried some lighting, some figure painting, some scratchbuilding, and yes, even one straight-out-of-the-box. As usual, everything is 1/24(ish), and all comments/criticisms are welcome. Thanks, guys! No lie detected, this one had to be set aside more than once before I could finish it!

Finally got the Blue Mule wrapped up after way too long on the bench. AMT Ford LNT-8000 frame, Aussie Resin Models cab, and everything else kitbashed or scratch built. I used the ModelTruckin decals, which were excellent quality but nowhere near sized or shaped to fit this particular cab. Lots of cutting, splicing, Micro Sol, and custom-mixed paint to get it looking as it does. I still whiffed on a few of the details - not helped by having multiple trucks used for filming and even more replicas built since it came out - but overall I'm satisfied with the results.
