  1. Nice! The one on the left looks way better proportioned.?
  2. Responses should be in line with the gravity of the situation.
  3. Post only ONE sentence, but not twice in a row like I just did! (Addendum: NO political, religious or derogatory sentences or the thread will be shut down. This is not a way around the rules. Thank You.)
  4. You need to add a sentence that begins with the last word of the previous post. (Edit: You may edit your sentence, but NOT after someone has responded to your sentence.) (Edit: If someone gets a response sentence in just before you, just use the edit feature {3 dots upper right} to change your sentence to follow theirs.)
  5. .080” (x25) is 2” diameter in 1/25th scale or 1.92” diameter in 1/24th scale. .100” is 2-1/2” diameter in 1/25th and 2.4” diameter in 1/24th. .080” is likely better, but either size would work. 3/32” is right in between them and probably only available as tubing.
  6. Glad it worked out for you. Do you have any pics you could post up?
  7. Really COOL looking project! I’ll stay tuned.?
  8. Or he bought the cap bolts at Harbor Freight.?
  9. Thank You Fellas! You are correct as usual.? I googled some more and finally found a picture that shows it clearly.
  10. This is the Revell Hot Rod series kit. Are these pockets on the back edge of the hood at each end of the cowl grill supposed to be there for a different version? I assume I will have to fill them, and the blemishes on the top rear of the cowl scoop. I don’t see them in this photo.
  11. Maybe you can apply a clear texture over top of the decal?
  12. The only Canadian magazine I ever bought was this one. I see one for sale on ebay for $12usd…..so I’ll hang onto it till it becomes REALLY valuable.?
  13. If you scroll down in this thread…Art has a really good tutorial on making leaf springs. With a proper jig you can make any arch you want. If the Deserter springs are under the axles, you may be able to cut them off and mount them above the axles? I don’t know if Scenes Unlimited is open again, but they make some real nice 4x4 rims and tires.
  14. That looks Great Brian!? Do you have a build thread on this one?
  15. Excellent restoration! You certainly are a master craftsman with the brass too. The crane looks great!?
  16. I must say Francis, that I really enjoyed following your build. I would never have thought it was possible to fabricate some of the tiny components and details that you accomplished. Thanks!?
  17. Nicely done!? I have one of these that I need to get to soon.?
  18. Fine looking T-Bird! Sometimes a nice simple build is the most enjoyable.?
  19. That is one fine looking Camaro!?
  20. Well done! That is my favourite Mustang of all time.?
  21. Welcome to the forums David. That turned out beautifully, and your attention to detail is second to none.?
  22. An atlas would be desirable because of the optional gear ranges available. The only drawback of the NP205 is it’s 1.96:1 low range. It is however pretty much bullet proof and will stand up to the power of a big block. The Mobius 1970 F-100 has the appropriate divorced 205 t/c. I’m not too familiar with Fords so I don’t know what years it would span.
  23. I recently logged in to the website for my cc that I rarely use and found 2 monthly fees for a spotify membership. The bank reversed the charges and sent me a new card. I also switched it to paper statements mailed to me so I can keep better track of it.
  24. This is an earlier 1946-49 version. The fenders, hood and grill were the main changes for 1950.
  25. YUCK!? It is a 1950-64 Willys-Oveland 473 or 475 pickup with some REALLY HEAVY modifications. https://www.kaiserwillys.com/about_willys_jeep_truck_history_specs
