Years fly by now unlike how they used to drag on back when I was in high school.

It’s even nicer now that it’s finished. https://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/198346-a-thing-of-beauty/#comment-2981449 https://digital.modernrodding.com/issue/september-2024hs/the-1936-ford-roadster-built-at-rad-rides-by-troy-is-nearing-completion/ -
I’ll follow along TJ. I have a couple of ‘31 Sedan kits with the opening hood and doors. I’m working on one now but am not using the hood and since I chopped it I gave up on hoping to get the doors working and glued them shut. Interested to see how it turns out.😎

Thiss looks like a good place to curl up and hide said the snake with a hiss.

Sorry, just got sidetracked on a couple of other projects. This morning I got back at it. Fabbed up some rear shocks and re-configured the front ones. I was not happy with the attitude of the fronts.😬

You need the back of the sleeper to rear axles distance to match the rear of cab to axles distance on the AMT Wrecker. You may have to mock up both kits to calculate the difference.

It might be just fine. Maybe put it in a nitrile glove or ziplock baggie while shaking it? If it doesn’t spring a leak…use it.

Week six of 2025 and things are not looking any better than the previous year.

Here is a chart showing the body styles and you can see the difference in the chrome trims. Also a pic of the Two Lane Blacktop ‘55 that may help you decide on the look you want. Edit: the 150 and 210 models don’t have chrome trim on the front fender…only a raised ridge. The BelAir has a chrome molding that extends onto the door.

Anyone got a Mattel Power Shop?
NOBLNG replied to OldNYJim's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
It is not a bandsaw at all. Mattel actually calls it a jigsaw, but I believe it would more accurately be called a “Scroll Saw”. Jigsaws are portable hand held devices with the blade attached at one end. Scroll saws are bench mounted with the blade attached at both ends. -
Very nicely done!👍

Beautiful build!😎

Unfortunately Roger (Plowboy) passed away a couple of years ago. I dug up the thread on his Jeepster but all he says is that they are 38” Swampers. https://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/145743-67-jeepster/ -
