  1. That engine turned out great!!
  2. Just don't sleep in a ditch................
  3. That's bad you know what!!! Any pics of the engine and chassis? I picked up a 61 comet with something along that line in mind but it is a glue bomb and will end up a short track beater.
  4. That is looking great!!
  5. 59 caddy wheels and tires?
  6. Like I said minor update. Progress slows during the body work stage. Had to insert some evergreen plastic in the joint along the body, allowed me to better smooth the seam.
  7. That car has been at the Henry Ford Museum for quite a few years now. That real thing is pretty beat, cool to be so close you could touch it. Your model looks the part and great job on the conversion.
  8. They really had it dropped in the nose as well. Looks like a small kick up towards the back window on the roof?
  9. Might use this chassis I modified years ago. I started reworking it as my prior work was very crude. Lindberg color me gone. Going to see how a Revell hemi dart dana sits in there.
  10. I have some minor updates, will post tomorrow. off to work right now.
  11. Looking very good. will be checking back on progress.

    Chevy II

That's very nice.one of my favorite kits. The tin work turned out great.
  13. Hi Paul, Just curious, what printer do you have? Just looking into the slippery slope of 3D printers.
  14. Woodhaven, my apologies!! I'm sure Westland Wallies has them but I'm not certain.
  15. The ones in Westland were not on a pallet PDQ but on an end cap in the main toy aisle but on the opposite side.
  16. Walmart Westland, Michigan has them. Bought the 2 post lift set.
  17. Small update, progress slows down during the week with work. Blending the the body line with the roof and body. The passenger side is more off, I'm sure it is those grafted fenders that is fighting me.
  18. Going grocery shopping Saturday morning when I get off work. Stock up on essentials for us and the MIL and I'll see if our wally world has this display, none of them around me had them last year. If so I will for sure buy one to support them and it would be nice if they would supply them fulltime again. Walmart would drive prices down you would think.
  19. That is beautiful!! Also one of my bucket list wants.
  20. The next go around I want to enter this. I started it way back in the late 90's. Lots I would do different now but it needs to be finished. Used a Good Stuff chassis for it. Body work is showing, looks like the filler and paint shrunk up. Black chassis on a unibody car.
  21. That is an E-type........
  22. I was wondering about the Heller kit. Might take the plunge if one crosses my path for the right price. You are making some nice progress on it. An E-type lightweight needs to be kitted.
  23. I took a couple pics of it. I built this back in the 90's. no clue where the rest of it is at. I have been organizing and found it mixed in a misc box of stuff last week.
