    Never know round 2 could tool up a new body / drive train on a tri five chevy kit but as mentioned still think would not be a huge seller.

    Looks cool, I'm building the fairlane right now and the paint messed up... will work out since it is a short track car.

    Reminds me of my youth, me and my cousin had went to a model car show and I made the comment at home later that night "ain't no show model" while we were building and to this day we will still say that and it makes a laugh. Just build is what I need or must remember.

    I've had that issue with the 2X paint. But at the rate I build anymore it dries way quicker than my building pace... OP that Wrangler monte looks killer!!

    Modelhaus needs to do some limited runs and auction them off on ebay. I would and that avoids the order issue / backlog of before.

    Now know where the ollies inventory of 48 Ford's and chevies went. Local fleamarket vendors had about 6 of each.

    Firewall body color, under body over spray body color over gray primer with black frame. I have a 01 and have spent some time under it.

    great idea on the chassis, never thought of that for paint.

    Round 2 maybe could use the 70's D100 maybe? I'd prefer a new kit but a new body would work. Not 100% the chassis is the same across the years?
