im not looking to do nothing serious, i don't have the time for that. im just wanting to build a toy. I've got a 66 nova post with a 434 in it that im about to restore somewhat. im most likely putting a 327 back in it. i figure a mustang with a junkyard ls and a turbo will be fun and won't break the bank.

i had pondered doing this to my 66 nova but im retiring it from track duty and picking up another mustang.

im about to build another but this go around it'll be a turbo ls. I've got a buddy that drives his to and from the track, 80 mile round trip. it runs 5.40s on a 29×10.5 and still has power windows. its a stock bottom end 5.3 with a 140k miles. it has a little head work, texas speed cam, kooks headers, intake but i cant remember the brand. and a 80mm turbo... 400 turbo trans. with a brake in it.

looks pretty close to me.

6.30s 1/8 mile... driving the car to the track and back home.

lol all those cars look so much alike you almost can't tell.. nice work for sure. That would be a fun car to ride around in and watch the double takes.

i had a 1:1 almost identical to your model with the exception mine had a 468 bbc with 2 kits on it.

there's something about that copper color on that car. it looks so good on that car.

the gold color definitely looks good on the fury. im sure whatever color you choose its gonna be awesome.
