  1. I wonder what happened to the molds of the 1/32 scale car kits by Lindberg; there was some quite fascinating kits available, if somewhat crude: A good list of them: http://www.plastickits.nl/Invoegen/lindberginsert.htm
  2. Very interesting "potential news" at 21:30.
  3. -With RUBBER tires? Wooo-hooo!
  4. Here is a GOOD site about old car magazines (and kits too!) But it is only about their covers and oftentimes their "index" http://99wspeedshop.com.s3-website-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/rodcustom.html
  5. What are the news about Galaxie Ltd? I've read that they were planning to do a '46-'48 Chevrolet convertible. That was well over a year ago.
  6. Will Moebius reissue this little gem? 'Cause I want two of them.
  7. Yes, true; I "missed" the 1/24; I was thinking the 1/25 AMT White Wester Star, not the Italeri one. I was getting too excited by those reissues news! ?
  8. White Western Star? Ok, but next, PLEASE do the Kenworth Alaskan Hauler! (or the International F2674) Waiting impatiently for the Ford Garwood. ?
  9. On the AMT 1971 Mustang; will it include the "stock" plain hood, so one can replicate the original "Gone in 60 seconds" Mustang? Hopefully it will.
  10. I wish it would be the MPC kit. COULD it be the MPC kit? It was a much better kit of the Pinto, more accurate than the AMT. I already have the AMT 1977 Pinto "popper", just to try do do a "replica" of the Pangra issue.
  11. That is something to talk about.
  12. Also curious; didn't Moebius is owned by Pegasus? And didn't Pegasus recently aquired Galaxie Ltd? So any news of a "new" 46-7-8 Chevrolet convertible?
  13. Around 1977, AMT made a Pinto/Bobcat funnycar (only the front-end was different) https://www.scalemates.com/kits/amt-t245-ford-pinto-mercury-bobcat-funny-car--1153809 As far as I know (PintoKING's wisdom.... ), this is the ONLY kit of a Mercury Bobcat ever made. And there was also a 1972-1975 Pinto by PALMER: (horrible, horrible kit!) https://www.scalemates.com/kits/palmer-plastics-7511-1975-pinto--1145352
  14. Wasn't that a kit by PALMER, under the PSM brand? So if LINDBERG issued that kit, does it mean that they also had the other PALMER kits? Now in Round2 hands? Or maybe they were sold to ATLANTIS?
  15. 1971 Volkswagen Beetle SUPERBUG??? As in the ex-Polar Lights VW snaper? Maybe that is the ALL NEW kit of the TV/movie car; Herbie the Love Bug?
  16. Yea, I agree, as that one was by AMT. There was also another variation of the "Eckler" as "Farrah's Foxy Vette" (Farrah Fawcett's custom Corvette, by Georges Barris), the only difference between those was on Farah's, the back-end had Monza taillights. Plus the decals.
  17. So if it is NOT the Mako Shark, it could be the MPC "Cosma-Ray" (maybe not; that one was based on a '64 Corvette) or the MPC "Vette Van"?
  18. I wonder if the 1937 Chevy can be built stock?
  19. What about Bob Glidden's 1978 Pro-Stock Pinto, with stock-building version, of course? Use the MPC molds of the 1978 Pinto hatchback. Also would love to see MPC's 1978 Chevette, and MPC's "Superfly" Pontiac Grand-Prix.
  20. Is the top chopped or un-chopped? Choice?
  21. I, too, would go totally "nuts" for the Link-Belt cable excavator. Maybe one day? But in the meantime, there is still a few truck kits that could be re-issued: AMT's Alaskan-Hauler Kenworth, and ERTL's Internationals F-4270, F-2575 and F-2674 But back to this discussion: I WILL buy the Garwood truck when it cames out, and so does a few of my friends.
  22. What? No (optional) fenders on that kit???
  23. Isn't that the old "Smokey and the Bandit" ERTL trailer? Sure would be nice if the decals for that movie would be optional.
  24. Anybody knows which issue of SUPER STOCK magazines that article came from? I am curious about it, as I also collect automotive magazines, and I don't have that issue.
  25. I believe that I have all the ERTL Blueprinter issues that are missing there. I'd be happy to scan and send to ya if you want.
