Nicely done Glenn. one of my favorite movies. I remember seeing it at the drive in! If you wish to see Taarna I posted my kit of her in the figure section. I need to finish my Corvette .

This is a resin kit of Taarna from the movie Heavy metal. I built this kit a few years ago . The sword is made from brass ,also the bit and the rivets I used for detail. The reins are made from leather. This post was prompted by the'59 Corvette post . The movie was made in '81 I think, and is a animated film Some say it is kind of hokey, but I like it. If you like hard rock from that era you should check it out For those whom remember the movie and for those who don't, I hope you like this post.

Steve, I used a product suggested by a friend called Croun suede finish over which I airbrushed Testors semigloss black emamel. Unfortunately this product is not available any longer. Thanks for the complement. More progress as soon as life stops getting in the way.

Here are some pics of the '68 Cutlass I've been working on for some time. The kit is a '69 converted to a '68 with Modelhaus parts. The interior has been converted to an automatic. The car will be a representation of the Cutlass from the " Corner Gas" sit com. Comments welcome as always. I hope you like it so far.
