  1. Congratulations Gareth. It's a pity we can't actually see your achievement here in Europe, but it's an honour nonetheless!
  2. Yep - a pretty easy one from this side of the pond. This can be an Americans only round!??
  3. Great job - a demon road racer! ?
  4. Congrats Andrew on getting your silver stealth machine to the finish line. Those wheels/brakes look badass! That's gonna be one mean truck, Anton. A strong contender for the most extensive re-engineering award! ?
  5. In the interests of fairness, I have to give it to you: it's as close as my guess was with the Honda. The actual model is the Urraco (1973-79), but the only real difference is some body kit. Well done Josh and over to you.
  6. A fine guess, sir. But not quite right...
  7. She is a less well-known member of an exotic family. Her younger sister was a pin-up in the era you mention...
  8. Ok, I confess I cheated somewhat: after your clue I knew it was a '60s Honda and Google filled in the rest. I didn't derive any sense of achievement, so there'll be no more internet searching from me from now on! Ok, I think this one's quite good:
  9. I'm gonna guess Honda N600?
  10. ? Well spotted Don!
  11. Well done Miles - Fiat 500 is correct ? Over to you...
  12. Right, take two. Try this:
  13. Ha ha... NOT that one. I've just noticed it's my avatar!!! I'll pick another!
  14. Ferrari Daytona
  15. ? That's a cool little trio: love how wide-ranging your taste in cars is! Very interesting to see how effective the enamel is. You'd never know it was brushed & it really captures that black plastic bumper finish perfectly ?
  16. Love it. Great detailing. And room to put your luggage in the engine bay!?
  17. Super job! Looks great in that colour. Look forward to building mine & will be using your build thread for tips!
  18. Thanks very much, Chang! ?
  19. Wow - the future of modelling has arrived! Great work & an interesting niche. For me the Bluebird CN7 is the image that springs to mind when I think LSR, but perhaps only because being taken to see it at Beaulieu is among my earliest memories. Thrust 2 was the first active contender I was aware of. I suspect it wins the closest resemblance to a Star Wars prop award! I like how looks exactly like what it is: a jet engine strapped to a trolley!?
  20. Thanks very much, Atin! How's the Testarossa progressing? (I've become a bit of a devotee of this particular prancing horse recently) ? Thanks, Dann - you're too kind!
  21. The ultimate scale modelling compliment - thanks!?
