  1. Beautiful work on a true classic! Great work! Need to build my dbs ?
  2. updated with some new ones of the two together ?
  3. Nice to see some winter pictures! To dark now to take a picture, we have around 1-2h of light now, today the sun "rises" at 10:43 and "sets" at 12:38. I use "" since it not realy that you se the sun this time of year usaly jus see that its blue outside and "bright", its 14:45 here at the moment and it's pitch black. Here some random pics from now. First is me and my 6year old out Snowboarding 11 of dec. during the bright light period. Second is from the park with grand mom the 25'th at 13:00 ? Third is a break while snow bording with both the 5year old and the 6 year old. No BBQ that day but some hot drinks and sweets
  4. Hehe! It for sure can be, we normaly have below -30deg C at least for 1-2 weeks a year and during Jan-Feb we usaly are bellow -20C all the time. But its better than Alaska due to the Golf stream that makes life on this side mor humane. I have never been to Victoria but have been to Calgary and Revelstoke for 2 wheeks during late winter and it was suprisingly warm but allot of powder in the mountains! My sister lived there for a winter so we had a Jeep XJ that we drove around in Okay, the Chevelle was a quick build with allot of testing and realy more of a paint mule that I built to look like what I usaly se around here in the summers and proboabl what i would have my self If i had one. Nice will be following allong on your bild when it comes around! I also have an other one, as well as a '69GTO that will be built in the future but its down the list for me, especialy since the box for the Malibu 454 got smashed in the shipping so the A-pillars needs to be rescued. Thanks, I am satisfied i managed to make the Supra so Quick. Hope to do the same with this years CBR so i can attack the truck, impala, 69 Camaro or the '67 Chevelle P2P. Al the best to you as well sir! Thanks again Every one!
  5. Thanks Guys, I appricaiate your coments ? Thanks, yes it looks cool! will try tonight with a tri pod and som other settings and see if i can get a better picture ? Thanks! The Chevy truck is allot of work but will be cool when done Will try to get some thing done on it soon, it have its own thread if interested. Thanks Mike! Yes its one of my favourite colors My 1:1 that i bought also have that color I try to mix it up but i kind of want all my builds to have those colors.. but it does not look good on the shelf Thanks! Its a nice kit and you can also make it with a engine with some SB and the use of the Toyota GT4 that have the same engine that the race cars have, its actulay on my list to make a Castrol Supra with a engine and a diorama, which will be my first "OB" build out of 3 castrol supra kits Thanks! It for sure has "the look" with the moded wing, exhaust and defuser Almost want to take it apart and put clear on it though since i had none when i built it. Cat be that hard right?
  6. Good work with the cbr this year every one and especially Anthony for your work and time as well as every one else helping out! Have the winner been announced yet?
  7. Epic weathering! so nice to se the areas where the dirt have been rubed of when leaning against the truck!
  8. Epic, these trucks are mean looking and yours looks the part! Good job on it! Did you use the kit engine and al brackets and sow on? More shots of those please
  9. Great deatailing! those breathers on the valve covers are over the top! just great! Riveting along the tubs really ads to the details!
  10. Beautifull work! any shots of the interior or engine?
  11. Really nice work!
  12. Beautifull work!
  13. Very nice and clean build!
  14. Kul att se en till svensk på forumet! Snyggt bygge! Vi är några svenskar här nu och vi tenderar att både sälja och köpa saker av varandra på bla Tradera och även byta grejer här via forumet!
  15. Beautifull work! Looks very good! Great work!
  16. By the way! Really cool 1:1, make sure to use rust preventive that creeps in betwen your beauty plate and the beam so you wont have rust running out of there
  17. Nice build and nice touches to improve on a good kit! These kits looks good, and they are realy huge!
  18. Had completley forgotten about this build. great craftmanship as always and also so good pictures of your work! Thanks for this, will go back here often to look for tips when i get stuck
  19. Sweet build! like the look of the first one! The Viper Cart looks realy cool!
  20. Since I live 100km north of the polar circle I presume thats the most northern member on the foum but i might be wrong if we have some russian or alaskans on here I have been focusing on my CBR build this year so most of my model building time went in to that one but due to the modifications i could not get it done in time. Which lead me to change the subject late in the year which i sucseded with. I also managed to finnish a started project from 2020. The Chevelle was a online find with out allot of parts. Used a old tamiya rattle can that came out ok but far from great. The Supra is built to look like an old JGTC car that was quickly resprayed and fited with a second seat to compete in the 2021 CBR. Some minor changes, like a custom wing and a C5R defusor. And lastley what i spent most of the time at this year. Still learning what settings to use on my camera to get the look that i want, ended up with quite high ISO around 5000 to get the wheels to show. Thanks for taking your time to look this far ? Edit: Borrowed a tripod and took some more of the two together since that was liked.
  21. Good looking stocker!
  22. I have made some progress on my ‘67 Chevelle. I can agree that the Chevelle suits the theme better and I actualy miss the ‘cudas front suspension and the challenger one does not match perfectly.. Any how, of al my currently active projects, ‘69 Camaro, ‘96 Impala, ‘01 Silverado C5R, ‘87 BMW 635, The P2P Chevelle feels most interesting and straight forward since many of the others have so much fabrication to do. I have gone over the pros and cons with the AMT vs Revell body, and the Revell body feels better and is a little bit wider over the roof which in my opinion feels more right. Besides the Revell interior is way better looking and more stock looking than the AMT and the Revell tub does not fit the AMT body. Also the PB chassis fits better the Revell body. Will need to do some custom work of the rear fascia and bumper from the AmT to Revell since the PS version have a custom and not good looking behind. The AMT hood have been widened with strips to fit the wider Revell bay. Also the hideous flash on the front fenders have been taking care of and most of the panel lines are done. And the plastic of this kit is really nice to be working with, smooth and soft. Also removed the molded in wipers. Will not bother with cleaning up the groves since new wipers will go there later.
  23. Nice, will be following along!
