Really good looking '68 John. Grrr8 color!!

My airbrush has a #3 tip. Sprayed the Future at around 25-28 psi. I'm far from an expert at air brushing but the results were good. I just did a couple light mist coats, let each dry a few minutes in front of a space heater (hair dryer works too) then wetter coats drying between coats. For me, letting each clear coat dry a minute or so, using the hair dryer smooths out orange peel.

Looks good James. I don't think you said what paint the purple is. By the way, I cleared my current '70 Chevelle build painted with Createx pearl with Future (I still have a good bit of the original stuff) and it came out great.

Engine looks great... Actually, it looks really cool with the body sanded and the primer spots showing.

Thanks for the info. Turns out, it appears Evergreen must not make the .020 half round anyway. Guess I'll have to give the round a shot.

Yeah I miss-read what you said in the post. I was wondering how you filled the curve on the underside. You think with the half round you wouldn't need to fill the underside??

You are correct Delton. I was thinking the half round so it will lay flat without the curve on the underside of the trim.
