Thanks. I get mine at Hobby Lobby. I was using mostly craft acrylics and decided to try the Createx. I still use some craft paints also, and the small bottles of Testor's enamels for small parts.

That pearl gold looks nice. Does the Autoborne black need much thinning. I've found the white needs very little, only 2 or 3 drops of 4011 shooting with a Iwata Neo with .35 needle.

Thanks Bob. Thanks Mike. This green is funky, it looks dark and light in different places according to the way the light hits it. It's also has a kind of luminous quality to it. I like it. I primed with some Createx Autoborne White Sealer.

Looking good Bob. I'm starting my build so I'll be following yours closely, letting you lead the way. : ) I will need to get another Chevelle donor kit as I have already used some of the parts I'll need for the 55 on my pro street pickup I did. I hope HL has another one when I go back for the 40% off week.

Had fun with this one. It's no where near perfect, but I think it turned out ok. Nice kit, no major problems, just my usual bumbling mistakes. Tried to do a little more engine bay detailing than I usually do. Paint is Wicked Colors Opaque Daylight Blue, interior is Folkart Titanium white with the Wicked blue. All comments welcome. Thanks for looking.

Looks fantastic. Nice work. When I got back in the hobby last May the 68 Chevelle was my first kit, and I messed it up bigtime. I've since improved a little and need to get another one to try again.

Thanks. I checked the flaps, but it's not there. I'll make do without it. Thank you. I've never been very good with a brush. I need to get some good tape and give that a try. Thanks Bill.
