Greetings from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada

I've posted a few photos on this forum in this thread. -
Being the owner of a 1960 Corvette since 1983 (and still own) and presently attempting to finish the MPC 1960 flipnose Corvette, restore the AMT 1960 Corvette my brother built 40+ years ago and tackling one of those multi piece 1960 Corvette kits by Revell (I have 4 of these) I was really interested in this thread, but noticed a lot of the png photos are not displaying? Can this be resolved? Attempting to return back to the hobby after a long absence. Now I am retired with plenty of time until an year ago when I suddenly became primary caretaker for my 91 year old Dad. Thanks kindly....

What a nice thing to do for your retiring co-worker & friend. -
Your Mercedes looks amazing. In some ways it kind of reminds me a French Delahaye. What year and kit is the Mercedes?

Rest assured those 6 carbs will turn up when your finished and your car is sitting on the shelf. ? You build is inspiring. Love what you've done so far. Cheers -
I think you are correct. I hope mine turns out 1/2 as nice.

Love these Duesenberg, Cord & Auburns. I wish there were more available. About 20 years ago in Bangor. Maine I picked up the Lindberg 1935 Auburn Boat-tail which I have not yet opened the box, let alone start to build. But hope to soon. I will be watching this thread, love the direction the build is going....

These are great cars. My neighbor and car cruising buddy has a 1968 Charger with 383 Magnum V8. Nice car. When I'm cruising with him I can hardly hear the rumble of my 327 over his 383.

I only wish one of our local newstands or hobby shops carried your magazine. Too bad Michaels doesn't carry it as there are three Michaels within a short distance from my home.

Incredible work on this kit. Love what you did...

Awesome job on lowering the front and work on it. One thing I noticed is the absence of a front sway bar on the model. I have 4 of these 1960 Revell multi piece body kits. I purchased them 20-30 years ago really cheap on a shopping trip to Bangor, Maine. One kit I started to assemble shortly after purchase but lost interest. About two weeks ago I decided to tackle one kit, leaving two kits still unassembled . I'm painting the body of the kit I started 20-30 years ago as well as the one kit I started. However I did somewhat butcher one of the frames with a bad attempt at tubbing it.

A few screen captures of the Flying Saucer 3D model I created in Groboto 3D ver 3. And also when I imported it into Blender 3.1 to show the topology...

I've always been fascinated by the Buick Grant National & GNX as well as the Olds Hurts from the same era. -
Like your art. Very nice indeed.
