  6. Thanks for all the tips. I will start my search for the appropriately sized screen. I have some photo-etch stainless screen I bought about 15 years ago, no clue where it is or who made it, all I know it was a bit longer than a business card. I need to try and find it or locate a new package of it.
  7. I talked to Harold a few weeks back and ordered the Ferrari TR250 engine kit, had it in under 2 weeks. Island Collectibles just restocked a bunch of kits a few weeks ago, I picked up the GT40 engine/suspension kit from there. All the kits are amazing. I plan on ordering the Cheetah kit very soon.
  8. Can anyone suggest how to make intake screens for carb velocity stacks? Here is an example
  9. I am working on a resin kit and need to resribe and deepen some soft panel lines. I have tried my no 11 blade and baremetal panel scriber with little progress. Tough to scribe and hard to stay in the groove. Any tips or suggestions scribing lines in resin?
  10. I see them doing a Yenko with the stinger hood.
  11. Check Model Car Garage facebook page. Bob has new sets for all of these coming soon.
  12. Call Harold directly at HRM, (301)604-8591. I called last week about his Testa Rossa engine kit and he had it out to me a few days.
  13. Anyone have success stripping the pre-painted bodies in the amt Pro shop kits? I have the 1967 Mustang sitting in Super Clean for a few days and all it did was remove the blue rocker stripe. Any suggestions?
  14. Thanks again Marcos, I talked to Harold Bradford yesterday and have an engine kit on the way. What a nice guy and pleasure to do business with.

  17. Thanks for the info. Just ordered the black car and full detail kit with turned aluminum wheels, injectors, etc. Anyone know where to get the HRM engine kit?
  18. I was looking online to buy one of the Hasegawa 1958 Ferreri Testa Rossa kits. I found that there were several versions released; some say le mans some don't. I have seen box art in ŕed, white, black. Anyone know the difference between these kits? Is it just a change of decals? Is there different detail levels?
  19. I have that kit, it came pre-painted in pearl white. Appears to be a stock bodied Firebird on a funny car chassis.
  20. I received my first order today and Steve's parts are very high quality. Shipping was very fast, just over a week to Canada. Highly recommended.
