I love it! My neighbour had one growing up. In primary yellow. I doubt he had the bug engine because he was a cheap s.o.b... nice clean build of an American staple.
I loved the stance of these touring cars and you've captured it well. I used to watch DTM which was faster, but the Brits in the BTCC wouldn't hesitate to give a shove and get the elbows out. Well done Patrick.
The wheels on that 1/24 Meng kit are a reason not to buy it. It's an expensive proposition to use both the Meng and Fujimi kit to make a good one...I agree with you it's a shame Fujimi didn't go the whole 9 yards.
You made so many small detail changes to follow the real car, at first glance it looks like it came out of the kit that way. Really nice job on this piece of Canadian racing history Phil!
