Very nice! Great job on the paint and decals.
  3. Many thanks Rich. I am a recent convert to Tamiya, TS-14 for the black and TS-30 Silver Leaf. The vinyl used for the tires sure attracts everything! I should have cleaned them better before pics.
  4. My latest completion. These Revell 1/24 kits are kind of finicky, small attachment points for the wings being the toughest part, but I really like doing the decals. Lots of setting solution and some hair dryer heat got them snugged down well. This is the car driven by David Coulthard, his teammate was the #9 of Mika Hakkinen. Coulthard won the first race of the season in Australia and I think Hakkinen won in Spain that year also. Comments welcome, thanks for looking.
  5. Just saw this, wishing you another great year!
  6. Nice work! These were the supercars of their day.
  7. That's a beauty, my favorite Rusty livery!
  8. This time of year I set it cap down on the wood stove for about a minute, works every time!
  9. That is nice! Great stance, and your making the wheels steer just adds to the mix. Well done.
  10. That's a beauty! Nice job on the paint and decaling.
  11. Really nice work! I love the earlier cars without all the aero do-dads, wings and such.
  12. If I'm not mistaken you can clean the brush with ammonia?
  13. Wow! That's amazing, thanks for sharing.
  14. Hard to compete with some of the outstanding work here, but here goes.
  15. Wow! Excellent work.
  16. Having struggled through a few Heller kits this is amazing work, especially for49 years ago! Tube glue and enamel paint, no decal solutions? Well done.
  17. Great story! I'll follow along.
  18. Very nice, love the stovebolt!
  19. I switched to Edge and it works again.
  20. That's a beauty! Great to see some open wheel racers on here.
  21. Same issue with Bing, I am not using any ad blockers.
  22. That '60 Ford PU is cool!
  23. Many thanks for all the comments! I would have used the thin whitewalls but they weren't concentric on the tires so I turned the blackwalls out. I think it looks better.
