  1. I got my office almost rearranged. Gonna sit tomorrow for some bench time. Have to wait on a new piece for my video game side of the office. (Adapter for RCA to HDMI, my CRT tv died so have to go this route for my PS1/PS2.) House got mopped and swept deeply! And I had a good cup of coffee this morning to start the day!
  2. Well, I found another purple I will use. So back to the stripping pool it goes!
  3. MPC Dodge Monster Truck (Molded in Orange) MPC 57 Corvette Gasser (Molded in Black) Ertl 29 Model A (Molded in Red) Those are the 3 big ones for me. Primarily the first one. That one gets repopped and I will have 6 in my stash and I will build them all.
  4. Will keep ya posted. (Keep in mind it may take a bit, but hey I build several at a time, and over long periods of time.. aka life finds a way)
  5. That looks great! What color interior? Keep us posted on the WiP
  6. So this is the one kit out there that you like or hate and I had started this for a build off thing, and then left FB. But will finish it. I really like the body color, and going to do black interior to keep it simple and Pontiac Blue engine and murder out the chrome under hood and bumpers and wheels. I can't recall the body paint color, but it is Tamiya ... metallic red maybe? (I need to test spray to verify.)
  7. I am building this for my wife. Will be purple body, and white pearl interior with purple accents. I have to toss the body back into purple power as I found some issues with the color, so going another purple color for it.
  8. So the rig is majorily WiP and will likely do a white interior to go with it. Might color match the engine to the interior as well. (Still in debating about it.) The trailer is my ugly as Sin... old school car hauler left to rust, but still servicable. These are my first 2 builds into big rigs. I now have 9-10 rigs and 3 more trailers for cars.
  9. Welcome! And hey may try and slip in a few new ones here and there
  10. Following, can't wait for WiP stuff.
  11. Welcome! Good folks here, and share you work!!
  12. Nice! I never served, but I really enjoy the Air Force badging and the support they give to the rest of the branches and the world.
  13. That's fair. On my 53 I had to mask it 5 times to get it decent enough to paint and then after I saw some issues, but it looks good from a distance.
  14. Are you going to two-tone it?
  15. I was a bit wobbly on the interior, but I know as I do more I will get better. Thanks sir!
  16. Looking good sir!
  17. Soon I will pop pics in Work Bench of what you dont see lol. Thank you for the welcome!
  18. And a model building area inside it. Cuz I don't camera's but I do models
  19. I got this a bit a go off of Ebay, and the seller packed it great, and the only thing missing was the glass, but I have a truck I am going to take the glass from for it. I have a few more of this kit favorited so when things settle again, I will grab another. I have bought other items off Ebay, and the sellers were dead on descriptions everything, so knock on wood atm, I have had great luck.
  20. Great colors!! Clean work sir!
  21. Here is part of the redo on my office. Yes there is a few things going on. I will do another post once I get the rest of the office organized. I have one new big mat, and the small used mat is in front of the booth. Sooo many great build work areas!! I need to get me a paint can storage unit to get them off my desk, and put the other bits and bobs I use in the paint storage area. I have more spray pain off to the right in various cubbies on my computer desk.
  22. Yes it is the Monogram kit!
  23. I was scrolling by this before I read the description and was like ... hey an early model Chapparal!
