I used to name every build and then went to every once in a while. I should start again because I usually make a small billboard listing the modifications made to the vehicle. Like the 1:1 show cars have.
Try pressing down hard some real sticky masking tape. The flocking might pull up. Or you might try smearing some CA glue around, let dry thoroughly, get a blade under the CA and it might come up with the flocking.
Welcome Jeff. I'm little north of you in Citrus Springs. We have a pretty good club that meets in Ocala - Florida Auto & Scale Trucks. We run the contest at Billetproof.
Try to find whatever color in flat. After it dries, rub a fingertip on the side of your nose and then rub the paint. Body oils will make the flat paint look like leather.
Went out to Carrabba's for dinner last night. Ate too much because it's so good. Stopped at 2 furniture stores and Lowe's looking for a portable kitchen island. Marcia did an Amazon sale thing and bought us an Instant Pot pressure cooker. Too big for the counter so now we need more furniture. I offered her the rolling cart I used to have a spray booth on. She said no. I told to send the pressure cooker back. She said no. Planning on some kind of pot roast out of this thing soon.
I saw on Facebook that Gregg is getting ready for back surgery #8 and that issue #204 is getting close. #203 mailed in February 2017. A Gregg;s published commitment of 6 issues per year isn't even close to reality. I've been a subscriber for many years and have been indexing the magazine indexes for Gregg. It's project he wanted to get down and now he has it. I didn't even think of charging because it won't be right to try to get money from a person who does so much for me with the forum and sporadic magazine.
