  1. I still have the Keystone Classics from an original '66 Convertible I built several years ago, which unfortunately are not in this kit. I really like these cars.
  2. Personally, I'm not into patina cars. however, this one is very nice.
  3. I can dig it!!!!
  4. Looks good to me!!!
  5. Wow!!!!
  6. That is one nice car. With that color, I would do a set of 22" wires from the Revell Monte Carlo SS, or Cadillac Escalade.
  7. Wayne, I love where you are going with this one. A few years ago, I got a '63, which was pretty much in the same condition as yours. I cleaned it up, and primed it. I want to keep the trim, so i have quire a bit of work to do, as some of the trim is not well cast on the cab.
  8. Now that IS a sleeper!!!!
  9. That is so nice!!!!! I am working on a '62 Buick Special wagon myself. I have not decided on a color yet. It is still in primer.
  10. Beautiful!
  11. Very nice work Tulio.
  12. You did well on that one. I have an unbuilt Convertible in my stash I may do up. When I was a kid, I built one, and painted it Testors' Transparent green.with no undercoat. I did not know any better, and it was hideous and a waste of my hard earned $2.00.
  13. Very nice!!!!
  14. Very Nice!!!
  15. Whew!!!!! I love it!!!!
  16. I like Bronze on that car.
  17. I got my '65 Satellite yesterday and started on it. I am pretty impressed on how it's going together, however, I have not decided if I am going to "fix" the windshield header. I talked with Bill Geary at our club meeting yesterday, and he explained how he intends to fix his. In my estimation, the roof edge has to come down approximately 1/16" to be correct. I have not decided on a color combination. but I am also considering a convertible conversion. I may do a simultaneous build with my '64 Fury restoration, which is in primer, depicting someone who had bought a '64 Fury, but decided on having bucket seats, so they bought an identically equipped '65 to get them. Just a thought.
  18. Very nice!!! Reminds me of Grandma's '61, which was the first car I drove after I got my driver's license. I have a '61 Starliner too to re-build. It's been cleaned up, and is awaiting its turn.
  19. I love it !!!! I plan to do a '65 Barracuda myself. A friend of mine had a '67 Barracuda 273 power pack car. It was a consistent bracket car.
  20. Excellent work. It proves you know your way around a '57 Ford.
  21. I believe that resin is from R&R based on the amount of cleanup needed, and the box in the other photograph. Promolite does one that looks every bit as good as the original JoHan kit, in that it is very clean, trimmed properly, and is pinhole free. I have a Promolite and a Original Unbuilt JoHan Annual in my collection, and I am quite happy with them. One of them is going to be a convertible, as the Promolite resin included a convertible boot.
