  1. Looks like it is good to go just the way it is. Spent a few hours on an 806 that looked like this.
  2. Outstanding Model Tulio.
  3. Prayers for his family and ours here. I would have never thought you could be moved by someone's passing that you have never meet. His work was top notch and his advice was just as good. He kept our post in the right place and kept us in place also.
  4. No couch is worth getting run over for. I am sure some one blasted that thing before the night was over.
  5. Looks good.
  6. Very Nice.
  7. He sure was a good driver and engine builder. One of the best. My all time favorite driver.
  8. Nice work. Anything finished is a good thing.
  9. That is a lot of typing. I agree this is a nice place to visit everyday.
  10. That came out awesome.
  11. You sure did not say anything but the truth Art. Eye of the beholder. I am with the rest of you on the new cars, not a fan of the look. I do understand the function though.
  12. Welcome aboard. Those MPC kits are cool. A little rare today.
  13. Brett, Thank You for the info on the engine and the Pictures. I like this look. I hope the old version tailgate fits.
  14. Kit number T240 is the first to have the BBC under the hood from what I have found. 1977 from what I have found.
  15. I say a reissue is next. different decals drag version or a different truck like a 4x4
  16. I sure like this.
  17. Sure looks nice.
  18. Just to ride in the car you miss is nice, now getting to drive is priceless. He must trust you very much, that is also priceless.
  19. I just talked to George at the Detroit Model show today. He told me all about it. I wish him well as he is a nice guy.
  20. From what I have read and talked to people the same answer is given. Most people that buy a stash pay per kit . Not what the kit is worth as they have to pedal them all even the bad sellers along with the rare kits. It is a low number but again they are doing the leg work. If you want a part of the cut you would have to have auction.
  21. Eric I will say it again, awesome. Worth all the work you did.
  22. If I see it and I have the money I may buy it even if it is old stock . As Bill said sometimes if you wait you will regret it. Most kits come and go but the aftermarket rarely comes back. You are lucky Tom being a night shift guy I can not attend club meetings around here.
  23. Pat that even looks better all together. I like the glass idea. I was grabbing the glass doors from entertainment centers a few years back when people ditched them by the curb. They would not cover the whole top but would cover the area by chair.
