  1. If I watch ( and have not for a long time) Michigan, and anyone playing the Smuckeyes. I don't even watch the Pro's anymore. I do follow it just don't spend my time in front of the tube watching another bad call against the Lions. They don't need any help in that department. LOL I sure hope the Browns win this weekend.
  2. Back when I had to make castings at works with plaster and or resin the old guy in the shop told me this Carl. Sometimes you have to decide what you are going to save and what part to sacrifice. Look over the pictures well and zoom in with the computer. It may help you out decide about buying something.
  3. Ray How big is that casting? Is this the size of a Pickup or Semi? I agree with Jim about the steel wheels. Unless you are going for the Hot Wheels look.
  4. I think that kit is worth a night on the couch. LOL
  5. It should work. It is not like you are pulling the day lights out of the wire, or fishing line.
  6. Winner winner . They were not worth 150 grand when they were 5 years old. The dealer is just a collector that wants free advertisement to sell his over priced g body. There is a dealer in Monroe MI that still has a Fox Body Cobra R that they would not sell. When these came out I picked up 3 sets of takeoff wheels form them. I wonder what the set my brother had on his Impala are worth now. They are standard Grand National wheels and tires. LOL
  7. Great news that Jeremy is back up and getting around. Good news for our little community here.
  8. Sorry for your family's loss Rick. Prayers for all of you.
  9. Greg I don't know of any. I had the wrong AMC 6. Thank you for the correct answer. My brother had a 67 Rambler Rebel I think that was the 258 family.
  10. Is this the same 6 the AMC put in the jeep years later?
  11. Bill enjoy your family. If you have time later you can always go to a show and sell what ever you have done if you choose to. I will enjoy your builds on here just as much as your produces you once sold.
  12. Thank you for posting.
  13. This looks great Bill. I am glad you are finding time to build for yourself. You picked a good bed to make.
  14. Tell Bella we all love her painting skills. I like how this is going.
  15. Most of us had a crush on her, those short shorts. She will be missed also.
  16. Yes he has been all of the albums sense 72 or so. If any of you guys are on Face Book Bob Seger did a very nice wright up.
  17. Sax player from Bob Seger's Band The Silver Bullet Band Passed away from Colon Cancer . If you don't know who he is, he is the Guy that played Sax on Turn The Page. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=turn+the+page+bob+seger&&view=detail&mid=17A3E25C522D910B6B8817A3E25C522D910B6B88&&FORM=VRDGAR&ru=%2Fvideos%2Fsearch%3Fq%3Dturn%2Bthe%2Bpage%2Bbob%2Bseger%26qpvt%3Dturn%2Bthe%2Bpage%2Bbob%2Bseger%26FORM%3DVDRE
  18. Merry Christmas to everyone here.
  19. I read someplace that it was still going to drop in time square, but only cameras will be there. I bet they show old footage, like a best of.
  20. David you are not wrong about the price and the fitting of parts. This an old set of tooling for sure. Not an excuse for non fitting parts. I am sure in the old days this parts fit better than they do now. Plastic is abrasive and does wear the molds. If you want to find out how old a kit is before you buy it ask here. There has been some good advice given to try help you out, take that and move forward. You will end up with a nice model or a nice learning experience when you are finished.
  21. Looks good Roger
  22. Thank you So these are just like the Bug and the Porsche 911, the same for decades.
  23. good point. After looking at Kerry's reshaped wheel openings it looks fine. I just did not like the stock openings.
