  1. Yes Kurt I just looked at mine. There is a plastic (wedge of cheese shape) that is put in when the top is up.
  2. Nice engine choice.
  3. I like this also Rodger. It reminds me of the Hudson Pickup's from that era.
  4. I agree with the others, Very nice.
  5. Personally I think that a new 67-72 Chevy is needed bad. These are the TRI5 of the truck world for the Chebby guys. Done just like the latest Fords from Moebius would be a great seller.
  6. So in my family I have 3 at home working, the other 7 of us are still going in everyday. I have no idea what the outlaw's , oops inlaw's are doing for work. LOL
  7. Carl you can get Frank N Berry and Count Chacula around Halloween here at Wall Mart. I know a guy that buys a stash every year. LOL
  8. Grape-nut flakes are my go to most of the time. Out of High School I worked at a gas station that was down the road from General Mills. I used to love it when they made Cheerios the smell was awesome.
  9. Ron if you like rice crispy treat when you make them mix them half with Fruity Pebbles and half rice crispy. They are awesome.
  10. You would need to look around and see what was on the market at day 2 in 1955. Not day 2 of 1968.
  11. You are correct Bill. I was just talking about the new engines that have been tooled up for these kits.
  12. The 32's had a small block Ford, Flat Head Ford and the Early Hemi if I remember correctly. Now the A's have the Buick and the Small Block Chevy. We can pull the Oldsmobile out of the nice kit that is not to old. Just need a new Caddy, and poncho engine.
  13. Tim this is stunning. They made the Autolite In - Line Carbs at my dads Plant. He worked on a lathe right down the walk way from the white metal furnaces for 30 years. They also did Starters and Alternators and many other parts there.
  14. Thank You for your reply Cameron. I figured that there some issues going on as you have been steady here and have always been a good trader. I hope we all get through these times.
  15. I think the rear fender wells are moved up on this body. Yes they are. I just compared the 2 bodies. The Revell body fits the AMT 29 Roadster fenders. There will be a gap at the top of the fender to fill on the body if you choose to use the Revell body.
  16. Looks like a magneto to me. I am going to guess this is a Pontiac Engine with 2 exhaust ports in the center like many other V8's .
  17. Find any you can online, asap Charlie.
  18. All hobbies have their peak and then they all have there highs and lows as time goes by. Yes some fad away some just get smaller. If we look at some of what most of us call woman's hobbies there is a resurgence in knitting and sewing. Young ladies are taking it up not their parents the ones much younger than the most of us. 40 and younger.
