  1. Nice work on the Comet.
  2. That is nice.
  3. Ray you have a PM
  4. I agree with this. They seem to think we owe them more even after they are paid millions. They should lose everything just as a drug dealer does, everything. Ordered to repay all that is lost and everything he earned plus interest while he was employed there.
  5. Bill just make the new tool kit engine an ultra rare early v6 hemi.
  6. Very nice.
  7. This has been discussed before. It was explained that all straight line racing goes on Drag Racing category. All other forms of racing go in NASCAR .
  8. Looks great Pat. Now you have a push tractor for your shop.
  9. This Vette is looking sharp Bill.
  10. If you like the artillery wheel on the bottom go to shapeways and look around under 1/25 scale wheels.
  11. Joe this is stunning. You did a great job with the best looking Chevy ever made.
  12. Nice work on all of these. The yellow is a knockout for sure.
  13. This came out nice Pat.
  14. That turned out Nice.
  15. One thing I have noticed is that they found what they like with these mockups and what they did not like. Sometimes if you really look at something you can see features that are similar but changed as others have pointed out with the fender shapes front and rear. I also noticed the one picture (with the GM logo ) that had what looked to me like a Ford truck on the other side of Chevy truck. Yes I know they all have each others cars in their R&D buildings at one point or another. Dad always talked about the alternators they had at their Ford plant they were testing from the other companies.
  16. We know the cost going in, They are more valuable the older they get. They never ask for diamonds. You can have dozens and it is not a crime. Swapping with your buddy is not looked down on.
  17. This is very nice. Thank you for sharing again.
  18. I was just watching him on You Tube this morning enjoying the music. Sad to hear.
  19. Man this looks great Ray. Paint is awesome. You may need to look at different scales for a good long roof swap. I say do both the booble top and a few different roof types. Fastback, wagon , slopper ...................
  20. I have found the front tighten knives, even the X-acto handles lose their grip of blades over time. I prefer the rear tighten like the picture I posted above. Used one at work for 20 some years at it still holds well today. The old front or top tighten does not, only used it for 5 years to find that out. I will say that the off brand knives will not always retract in the retractable handles I use at home. The blades are a little wide to retract back inside the handle.
  21. An old friend that I had not seen in years had a daughter start using heroin. She was a nurse and from the first admitted time using until she passed was a little over 6 months. She came from a good family with support from Aunts and Uncles. After she passed her father told everyone never believe an addict even your own daughter. I would have never thought in a million years it would have happened to that family. We all use the term, they had it all going for them. She did or so we thought. I feel bad for her parents and her siblings. The inner demons that start the use and then the addiction are stronger than we know. I believe it is the same drive that successful people have but it is wired wrong in many people and leads to anxiety and fear. .
  22. Your building skills are more important Tom. You will get there.
  23. Looks good Tom. Good to see you posting pictures of your work.
