Monogram did a 1/24 57 Nomad way back in the day. Similar in design to their 57 BelAir HT. -

Thanks, I didn't think so but I have been surprised in the past by some obscure kits. -

Although I understand a lot of tooling was scrapped I know suspect there is still some undiscovered stuff. I have a sample shot of the 66 Thunderbird Craftsman that was run in the early 2000's. The tooling was not labeled correctly. I cant find any pics of it right now. When I do I create a new post. -

IRONY!! Being the owner of a 68 Coronet convertible I have been on the lookout for affordable kits or builders since the mid 80's. I have found and restored a couple builders over the years but never a kit until now. Of course is was just a couple weeks after it was announced that a re-tooled version was on the way. Found locally "in the wild" as part a very reasonably priced lot of models from various eras. The 68 Coronet is missing the interior tub (I have a spare) and the 68 Barracuda is missing the hood other wise they look complete. Carmak

Hard to tell in this picture but the wagon has even more room for rear tires. I sold this one about 10 years ago and wish I had it back. -

This is a picture of my still not completed 68 Coronet 500 convertible with the original green top in "crush" material. The green top was a one year only deal. The windshield of 68-70 B-body convertibles is taller the hardtops and sedans. When the B-body was facelifted from 67 to 68 the hardtops/sedans got a new lower roof and shorter windshield. Since the convertible and station wagon were low volume sellers they were left unchanged with the taller windshield. Craig -
There is a YouTube series about the guy that bought the car. He is a Pontiac guy that has a nice GT37. He made the car drivable (not really street legal). He replaced the engine/trans and rear end to do it. The roof on the car is really bad and I think the chassis is twisted. It looks like it was rolled before being shot up. There is an engine teardown episode and it is REALLY nasty. Some of the pushrods are rusted thru.

I got this 72 RR from the same person as the 62 Olds. I kinda like it as a survivor so it will just go onto the shelf. -
There is a Jay Leno's Garage (on YouTube) episode that features one of these. Worth the watch.

Let's See Some Glue Bombs!

Just got this 62 Olds 88 as part of a stash of models. There is a corvette front clip welded to the front of it. I have many models from this builder, his building skills range from poor to fair but his hand painting skills were solidly fair and creative. Since I am not sure what to do with this one right now I am just going to bag it and tag it. -

My son was involved in FIRST robotics and our small town school went to the worlds competition for the first time when he was on the team. I know VEX is not FIRST but they are both good programs! Carmak -

The wheels look like the wheels that came in the original issue AMT 69 Camaro. Very cool build. -
The plan is to restore most of them. I have traded a couple to local model friends and I think I am going to leave the 71 Duster and the 72 RR as is. Carmak

I also have some random pieces that are molded in what I would call a "mid purge" aqua green. Possibly transitioning over to the turquoise color.
