  1. AWB madnesss.... Love it broski.
  2. There was a guy on the forums. Complained the front wheels on the Petty car stuck out too far. I was thinking..... Hmmmmm, it's a dirt track car.. I let it go. But after researching them it's a way of life. The offset track is what they need to get the thing around the bend. Perhaps someone could enlighten us all???? Bob
  3. Looks pretty rough and tumble. Like it can take a punch and give one.
  4. I normally don't comment on these because they usually seem sort of thrown together. This was a work of forthought and planning. I like it quite a lot.
  5. A few better pics. I did some weathering and the exhaust is installed.
  6. Thanks Jeff. I certainly wasn't pointing at myself. But the guy has a following that is hard to deny. I have often thought of throwing something up on the bay and see what happens. I may still do it one day. Thanks again.
  7. As good as his models are there are many here who can build with and outbuild him.
  8. Very nice beginning.
  9. Floored, Nailed..... That is what model cars are actually about. Not the tripe I spit out. Bob

  14. If I were 12 that would be what i'd want on Christmas day.
  15. A little gloopy on the clearcoat and the hood decal should have been painted instead. But, nice color choice and subject. Every build gets a little better..
  16. Great use of these decals.
  17. Since moving back to Mass all my models have been in storage since May. Now that's just 9 months and I already know what you mean.
  18. Like many here it varies. I take breaks between detailed builds to knock out a Dave Deal or Tom Daniel build. Then go right back at a full detail build with all the bells and whistles. For me it's tough to do "Obsessive" detail builds for every kit that comes across the bench. It also depends on the vehicle. A Top Fuel digger or Funny car just begs for ignition, fuel and other goodies. But I don't think I've built anything in quite a while where I didn't scratch build a piece or two or at least add ignition wiring. But that's me...
  19. OUTSTANDING!
  20. What a Gass?? Should be called "What a Handful"... Very well done.
