  1. Interesting...the streaker was an altered wheelbase drag version of the '64 Olds convertible kit? Never actually seen one of that kit. Some of the parts for it seem to be in the reissued convertible kit (like the tonneau cover and chopped windshield).
  2. Raine is happy after a grooming for Spring. She does have 2 ears, her right one is up and down...
  3. Looks like it will have a release later in the 'Craftsman Plus' style box art.
  4. Got my Coke version today…and it’s molded in red. Guess I missed that detail in the description.
  5. Got some new releases from Model Roundup today, first new models I'd bought in a while.
  6. I got my learners permit I think at 14...started practicing at home in Ohio in the summer, with my Dad in his '79 Dodge Power Wagon 4x4 pickup (super numb steering, would stall on left turns), my Dad's then-new '84 Ford Escort diesel (great for parallel parking, and learning to use a manual transmission), and his '84 Lincoln Town Car (not great for parallel parking). Did this during the summer when I was 14 and 15 (1984, 1985). My Florida high school used an '83ish Caprice 4dr and a Celebrity of the same era for their driving training..both were tan IIRC. I took my driving test at 16 in the Escort, as it was the easiest to parallel park. I drove the Escort for a while once I got my license until I got my '87 Mustang GT.
  7. A fair bit in the winter...let their coats get longer then, and have to brush them to prevent matting.
  8. It's good...as Tim said, 98 pages, lots of articles on builds of muscle cars, pro touring and restomod style cars. A good read.
  9. Me w/ Ginger (12) and Henry (14), both had recent groomings.
  10. I did have 2nd thoughts looking at the rear pic, was thinking possibly a ‘69 GTO with the Judge wing, but the side quarter creases definitely look more Buick.
  11. I’m thinking ‘70 GS—no GSX stripes, and it looks like the rear plate is lower like the 70 was.
  12. The roofline, side crease and rear bumper looks like a ‘70-72 Buick Skylark or GS.
  13. Yes, I had preordered mine in digital form several months ago, and they sent me a link to the Zinio version today.
  14. I thought the Saturn was the better looking of the two. Haven’t seen one of either in a long time
  15. Got mine today, looks good.
  16. Got my 2nd Pfizer shot a little over 24 hours ago, no side affects so far except for a sore shoulder yesterday.
  17. Probably 85%. I started getting AARP mail when I was 39. The forum does skew older, I'm probably amongst the younger at 50.
  18. Sweet...I built the Revell Bora kit as a kid, never got the Merak kit.
  19. Cannonball Run?
  20. Other than shipping delays, I've never had a problem w/ Amazon delivery..I get packages from them sometimes 4 times a week, they always put them by the front door. With 3 cameras I can see them walking up the drive to the door. Walmart delivery has been fine also, along w/ Instacart for my local groceries. I've had USPS, UPS and Fed Ex leave packages for other neighbors at my door...once got what was clearly an Apple laptop left at my door for a neighbor 5 houses down the street..walked it down. The most annoying thing is even after over 4 years here, i still get mail addressed to the previous owners.
  21. I've had that happen more than once...with the USPS, I called the local PO and told them about it....the package showed up a couple hours later. A couple times, the package had been delivered to a house w/ the same number but two streets over on a street with a very similar name..
  22. Isn't it usually 'gewgaws'? First time I noticed the spelling difference in this thread....
  23. This has been covered in a couple threads..several new and modified releases coming from the German side (the Jaguar XK-E coupe and roadster, VW van variations, new tool 70s Porsche 911, etc), and the Bronco pickup w/ off road vehicle on a trailer...
  24. Have you tried asking about in the FSM forums? Seems like the appropriate place.
