  1. After a bit of a shipping delay, this came today. Nice to see the newly tooled front end parts and wheels.
  2. Would love to see a Lotus Cortina, Rover SD1, Aston Martin Lagonda, Lotus Carlton, Escort RS Cosworth...
  3. Fuzzy dice were from before my time, but I did have the graduation tassles hanging from the rear view mirror in the summer after high school, 1988. Replaced by the college parking pass in Fall 88. The dumbest thing I did as a kid then were the tinted headlight covers (no bueno at night) and hood bra that collected water under it.
  4. Maybe they will do a 15-window bus, single cab pickup and a Doka eventually.
  5. My Jeep has remote start, think I’ve used it once or twice. I like the backup camera.
  6. The El Camino of that generation had the same 115" wheelbase as other regular A-bodies. Only the Vista Cruiser and Sport Wagon had the 120" wheelbase.
  7. Checked the previous issue—the part by the lower right arrow is the radiator. The tree at the upper left arrow is different, the roll cage bars are there in the previous issue. In Casey’s pic of the box bottom, that appears to be a new body color front bumper and separate pan (by the upper yellow arrow). I don’t see the large ‘73 one piece bumper/pan on the previous issue. another difference is the previous issue had chrome headlight lenses molded into the surrounds/doors, and those appear missing on the chrome tree on the box bottom Casey posted above. Pics below from the last issue. Maybe new kit will come today (Saturday). Tracking says delayed.
  8. Cool idea about the TP rollbot. Running out of TP is always a panic situation...I try and keep at least a dozen rolls of Charmin in each bathroom and extra in the closets.
  9. One of the more interesting newer gadgets I've been reading up on are smart toilets. Wifi connected, you can control them from your phone. Imagine being on vacation miles from home and being able to remotely flush your toilet at home. They have lighting, user recognition (it can lift the lid and greet you, with the seat warmed to your preferred temp, etc..).
  10. I’ve dabbled in vinyl, but haven’t really used cassettes in close to 30 years. Switched to CDs in the late 80s, mostly stream content nowadays.
  11. Interesting...mine is supposed to be here today, will take pics of the new parts if it comes. Edit: delayed in the mail. Maybe it will come Saturday?
  12. A Lamborghini tractor would be great to see. I see that Heller has a new tractor coming also---a Landini 1600T. Not familiar w/ Landini, but it is very similar to their Massey-Ferguson kit. https://www.heller.fr/en/81403-landini-16000-dt-1000814030?tags=vehicle Speaking of Heller, I know they are now German-owned..anyone know if they have any relationship/agreement w/ Revell? I noticed a couple of Heller kits listed on the Revell website recently..
  13. That's a future release.... probably still in the very early stages if they were scanning a 1:1 a few months ago..
  14. Kieth Marks made the Europa decals maybe 15 years ago IIRC.
  15. He’s saying 1970 is fairly new to some in the hobby. I’m a 1970 myself, but don’t feel particularly ‘old’. But a 1970 car seems quite old to me.
  16. Got a couple inches here outside Cleveland, still coming down slowly.
  17. Or a full detail 991 or 992...something like an R, GT2 or GT3 RS...
  18. I'm all over the place w/ what I listen to... mostly use Amazon Music and YouTube...most recent listens incl. Pink Floyd albums ('Dark Side of the Moon', 'The Wall', The Division Bell'), The Beatles ('Rubber Soul', 'Revolver', white album), Chris Stapeton's new album ('Starting Over'), Miley Cyrus' new album ('Plastic Hearts'), the Drive soundtrack, Moby's 'Play', some 90s Tom Petty and recent Pearl Jam.... I've got 30+ years of CDs that I've ripped, in the past used them all out of iTunes but in recent years moved them to Google Play then YouTube Music, and Amazon Music (since the CDs bought from there are streamable from there).
  19. 1958. Last year of the Packard brand, and only year w/ quad headlights.
  20. Very odd that Buick and Olds didn't do a full-size wagon from '65-70 (except for the '70 Buick). That '70 Buick full size wagon presumably shared the roof and glass w/ the Chevy and Pontiac B-body wagons.
  21. The tractor is a new tool, the XK-E convertible is a variation of a new tool, the VW camper is a variation of a new tool that isn't out yet....
  22. Presumably a rebox of the Fujimi kit as Revell did 30 years ago. Fujimi has done one before in '68 Gulf livery.
  23. VC had a 5 inch longer wheelbase. There was also a regular wagon on the regular wheelbase.
