I order direct from Plastruct. About the same price or a little lower, sheets are bigger, shapes have more per package....great quality and service. I ordered 25 packages of one type sheet plastic and they called me to confirm I wanted that many. Good folks.

Thanks Chuck! Yes...that's me.....you'd think I'd build the Flock kit after doing the decals!!!! But working on it for a while I wanted something different! These Mundy decals are prototypes for new decals available for the Hudson kit. Model King will have them when ready.

I have finished my Flock kit....but decaled as Frank Mundy car. I have now finished the kit but yet to take new photos. If not for all the foil work I'd start another right now!!! I need a foil break before I start #2 buld!

I may be a bit late to the party.....but here is more info for yopu Hudson builders.....The 2011 HET International meet. Truely a International meet as some cars came from New Zeland!!! Don't think we didn't look into it. While working with Ms. Flock she made sure we put the Jocko decals in the kit. She said at times she thought Jocko was more popular than Tim!!! Some people have suggested it was cruel to have Jocko ride in the car....Ms. Flock said Jocko got MAD when they took him out of the car!! On the 300's....the street verion and NASCAR version due early 2012......first quarter. We sent off the art this week.

Two of my favorite decals are back...the Jaun and the Whittier CA Bug House decal! Always loved those.....

MPC did two different race Daytona model kits. There were two different boxes on the #71 K&K kit....based off a stock Charger with a gutted interior. The second Race Daytona was the Richard Brooks (Allison) #22 kit. It was a reworked body with added grille and NASCAR details and the 'H&M' type race chassis. Ertl kinda butchered the Daytona body into the various 69 Charger kits like F&F etc.

I got my two kits....worth the $100 to any die hard BR fan. They are not perfect kits.....they can be built into a decent shelf model but I am going to rework mine into a more accurate model. Two Tamiya Ralley car figures reworked into Gaf and Decard and it will make a nice model. A 5th Element Taxi would be a great follow up....or any Syd MEad vehicle.....and the Japanese LOVE Mead....but I doubt we will se any.

Waited all these years....another month will be no big deal!! I can't wait....I'm building this one......

One rolled up behind me on the interstate a few weeks ago....looked like a giant 34 Ford street rod! Cool truck....but not as many as some others out there.

The Flock Hudson's have landed.....and I have one almost done. Box stock, Dupli-color GM dark blue and aftermarket decals. Thanks

Been using the Sharpie for years now....also check out the high dollar silver and gold pens at any art supply.....they also have a white ultra fine that does chalk marks on racing tires very well.

I've built a number of them. Not the best kit I've ever built...but far from trash as suggested.

File a ebay claim for item not as offered. Then buy from a known good seller.....I know many of them got Flock kits.

That's an old tool and it was during some 'not so good' days when Revell was owned by a toy company and kits suffered. If it's really important to you ask here first...someone will have the scoop.

California is REALLY tough on small businesses from what friends that run such in CA tell me. That is not helping really small shops like hobby shops. They get thrown into the same rules as HUGE retailers do.

Most retailers should have them by now. They shipped from Moebius last week. I got mine last Thursday. GREAT kit BTW.

As soon as my Flock Hudson kit is finished......I'll be waiting on the 300!!!

Here is my version. Not 100% correct but a quick build to see what the new Revell kit was like. Yours looks like it will be more correct...good luck....

MCW did a 77 Bird NASCAR body that is pretty stock shape...it would need work to make a street stock car. He also does a number of Torino Montego Cougar bodies but no 77-78 Cougar. Check them out.
