With many of the BIG online retailers.......when I ask for a return, they refund me and ask I dispose of item. Only a few times have they asked for item back......and then they send a pre-paid label. All good.

If I boycotted all corps that did something wrong or did something I do not like......I'd be hungry, cold and naked. Finding the one vendor I agree 100% with shortens my life. Sometimes you hold your nose and push BUY........thx

All those Amazon hoops to jump through

The Revell Ford is now $25............Amazon makes no secret that it changes prices over one million times a day. If I go buy that 29 Ford the price will spike again for the next guy. In2016 when I bought my F-150 I wanted bars for the front. Amazon had just started carrying a name brand. I got what I wanted for about 35% of retail.....but as soon as I bought it it went up.....and now is listed for 5 times what I paid. Amazon SOP

I have liked F1 as long as NASCAR...........But the last 18 months of F1 is what I call Nap Time........... But I can always relive the glory days.......

I liked it. Back in the mid 1980's I'd take the kids downtown Charlotte on TUE before the World 600 to see the 600 Parade. The last thing in the parade were the team show cars......being driven by show car handlers. After the parade would end the show car drivers would 'drive' the cars back down the parade route to the trailers. Sometimes things would get very fast and a bit wild. Most people had left but if you knew you hung around for the best part. Even at 6 years old my son would say NASCAR needs a street race!! The rain was a blessing and a curse. Kept the wrecks to a minimum, still had a bunch, but single file prevented many more. The last 10 laps were some of the best in recent NASCAR cup racing....going back to Marcos Ambrose and Brad K at Watkins Glen. We'll see next year what happens. Thrilled with the winner!

"It's Miller Time" 1981 IMSA Mustang
Dave Van replied to RancheroSteve's topic in Other Racing: Road Racing, Salt Flat Racers
Well done!! I like the kit, I built the FORD version. The kit was designed by Mustang guy Bob Johnson after Ford came to Monogram wanting a kit made. -
Popcorn wagon feasible?
Dave Van replied to gotnitro?'s topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
What I understand....NO. Showrods were well known for using empty blowers. IE they take the rotors out and use a dummy pulley on front. Many times they were used to hide a carb!! -

I love how you look for a part for your 66 Mustang, using the 'FIT' search and you get Volvo fuel injectors. Right

Thanks....during my years of unloading trailers there was always some kind of 'bumper'. Sheet stock and treadplate, drilled holes for light. THANKS -

I like that oold trailer. I know it's kinda freelance but great as a older trailer. Yours looks good with that tractor!!!! I used that kit for a shorty version...... -
A buddy in high school had a 69 Fairlane base model (same body) I wanted that car and he was one of those guys that trade cars all the time. But he wrapped the Fairlane around a tree. Cool project, Modelhaus made a body like that.....I bought one to build Norm's car...yet to build.
