  1. Nice work!!! I like FE Indy cars. I have a resin Mallard I need to build!
  2. well done!!! It's a odd car for sure....but any TV & movie car is great. I have a sealed kit, yet to open!
  3. I like that Mack cab. My daughter in law's family owns a trucking company and they are 100% Mack Granite. This is their display truck for shows and parades.
  4. When I worked at a hobby shop our wholesaler offered us these for $1. I grabbed 3. Think we'd see it again. I bet Atlantis has it.
  5. Way back....................AMT ZZR...................was later cut up for firebug
  6. Can I add one of mine??? Made from a toy and kit parts.....
  7. I get one in the mail about every other month
  8. If you place the Pyro Stage body next to the Lindberg scale 1/16 stage coach body, YES the Pyro is undersize. But most showrods are undersize. The Famous Beer Wagon by TD is almost 1/32 scale!!! The Raiders stage body itself is a little undersize so would look really bad on a 1/16 model. If people are really interested I can pull all 3 bodies and show side by side........but I am off to the NASCAR race soon so it will be next week.....IF any one cares to see it. Thx
  9. Rattler is up for pre-order now at Atlantis
  10. The thing is R2 has the chassis tooling as they issued Cobra/Serpent kit which contains the same chassis as Stage. At this point....who knows. If Atlantis OR R2 has the majority of tooling I'd be more than happy to help in any way. I gave Monogram my dragon wagon to copy........done it with a few others......but I do not think any one is willing to chance it.....IE investing in a Stage kit. Thanks
  11. Why bump up prices to $20???? Not the deal they were @$13.........Or like a few in my stash with $6.99 Ollite's stickers!!!
  12. RUMOR......RUMOR....has it at Lindberg when R2 bought all their tooling. Only 2-3 people at R2 know for sure.
  13. ZZR was cut up to make Firebug sadly.........ZZR is another grail! Here is part of my Pyro stash....
  14. The Lindberg Bull Horn and the Serpent kits were all part of the 1/16 kits that all share a chassis. There are 4-5 different kits in the series. Decent kits really for their age.
  15. Koo Koo, Cashbox and the Pyro 1/16 Stage Ghost were all rumored.......wonder if we will see any of them. Stage is a grail.
  16. Just finished one favorite of mine!!!
  17. @ $250 I may make my own. I did it with Yeller and Hot Dogger before they came back and I offered a Cashbox kit for a while!!! Thx
  18. Nope.....never happened. I think finding Hot dogger and a few other showrods at Ollies being dumped meant Koo Koo got cancelled. I'd buy a few if it happens.......Let Steve G or John know you want one!!!! thx
  19. My buddy in So Cal and I had a little contest to build a box art model. I picked the retooled AMT 1966 Mustang fastback. Box stock, Tamiya Bright Red can. I did change out the rear tires to AMT MH slicks. I also did change out the driver name decal to that of my friend Bill.....decal is in the kit!!! I found the kit body had a rough texture that took a lot of work to get decent. Decals are get but cut stripes to size BEFORE you apply as hey are nice and white but brittle......and I used 2 sets. Thanks
  20. I did the artwork for Gofer and that sheet. All the names are inspired by real drag cars. Gofer owner and I came up with most of them during a lunch break one day. Thanks
  21. Modelhaus did a nice curbside. I have one yet to build as I can't pick a color!!!!
  22. Nice detail work!!!! My brother in law had a real JPS version........drivers foot box is not that big!!!
  23. Really well done!!!! I built that car when the Revell kit first came out.....but I did not 4 door it and paint is simplified.
