I ordered a number of times in the past......but my last order took forever, maybe 7 weeks. Add to it postage has tripled.....maybe not their fault....but a FYI

I use a high end OKI printer with a iron based ink. Nothing ground breaking other than expensive ink.....white is $300 a cart.

ANY of the TD kits that have been missing 20 years now will be good. Dog Catcher was turned into Sand Shark, Horn Toad into Rattler, Trick T into Stinger. ANY of these I'll buy. Issue the altered version, spend a small amount to convert back to original version......then I buy again!!!! I've said it before.....MY pick. It uses the tires from Groovy Grader and we know Atlantis has those.....

You made it look good!!!!! The kit engineering shows how Star Wars caught all toy and hobby companies off guard. Kits were thrown together ASAP to get to market. Still one of my favorite designs of SW.

Two things you may check out. 1. Local Library .....I live in the most rural county east of the Miss. yet have a library near me with free PC & internet. 2. I have internet service on my cell phone. Unlimited on my wife's and my phone with phone service $80 a month......cheaper than local ISP. Good luck

LEGO is my son's (40) main hobby. He has a big city he is working on. Yet to build one of the big cars. I do a little lego.....just for fun. I like Mad Max and very few kits.....so....

When I was at my HL Thursday they had dozens of their shipping boxes ready to unload in the kit/hobby area. I looked in a few, restocks....but I could only look in 2 of them.

Went today to get a display case. Shelves were about 60% full. All newer Revell kits were $37.99 to 39.99. Oddly older monogram kits like 66 Mustang Hertz was $24.99. AMT were $32.99 to 39.99. I did pick up a Revell C8 racing Corvette by Revell for 40% off $37.99. PS: went by the WalMart and they had kits. Got the KW cement mixer for $32....OK deal. This was not my local WM.....no kits there.

Not really a HL issue. A wholesale sight for dealers is showing 2023 kits MSRP in the $40-50 range for regular kits. Hobby biz must be doing OK if they can charge thus and stik=ll sell kits.

Well Done!!! I sat in the real Boot Hill as a kid in 1969 while Dad was working at a So Cal car show. Scary just sitting in the seat.....driving must have been terrifying.

I like these snapper kits. But done right or wrong I don't like the tire/wheel system Revell used. But still I have a few......Thanks!

Empty model shelves are, in the long run, a good thing!!! Means HL has to put in big orders with manufactures, maybe some new SKU etc.

I missed that thread. I knew the kit was simple, I knew for my build, movie car, it would need new tires and wheels. I had no idea how bad over all it was. If I hand known the glass did not touch the body I'd passed. Thanks

Thanks ALL!!! It's a 12 footer.....don't get closer than 12 feet and it's fine. My post was as much to warn others too......the window issue is NOT an easy fix and one that would take more time than the kit is worth. Shame on RG putting out junk @ $35 MSRP
