  1. I'm Enamored with the Sticker . I saw this once on Two Actual Gremlins owned by the same person . I saw an AMX ('68 - '70 , I could never get an up close look to determine for sure) set up like this through 1979 - 1990 with a CJ Chassis . I moved away .. I am a AMC Fan Kudos .. Thanx ..
  2. I just saw this . Harry all I am able to offer is Prayers .. God Bless ..
  3. Wow , you guys are so UNINFORMED . Once a China Corp makes any Overseas Product they own it totally . All production and propiority Rights , as all pre-approved future production Royalties .Remember the Die Cast Mint Model debacle . Did you know the Dies are made of Steel the Chinese can not duplicate ? I remember being Bad Mouthed for this truth here awhile back .. This TRUTH is out there as I know I'm not believable . Don't believe me , look it up your lazy self . So , I'll say it .... Thanx ..
  4. Uh .. Uh .. no . Fords 32-34 were shipped to England as CKD . Thanx ..
  5. I know I'm no the Lone Ranger for F70X14 Red Line and Blue Line Wide Ovals in 1/25 Scale .. STILL ... Thanx ..
  6. R&M of Maryland did cast the AMC 6 . Thanx ..
  7. Kaiser got saddled with the problem laden Ralphie V/6 . Before reliability problems destroyed Jeep creditably , problems were sorted out and fixed . As the word got out these "wonder Engines" were sourced from , AMC decided to run and hide . This is during the Years the junkie could not unload (sell anything) with Skylark or Special due to the V/6 . AMC sold all and the rights handed down from Kaiser as Kaiser had from GM . Later sold to BMC and struggled there from reputation even though the problems were solved . When Range Rover re-grouped , alas the V/6 was chosen . Later when FoMoCo entered the picture the Corp was horrified to discover this . Immediate plans and execution to dump this followed . GM bought it all back .. for CHEAP . The Bean counters had at it again . Problematic once again .. Historically , I'm making a V/6 Jeep .. Thanx ..
  8. My financial situation is rather poor . Disable / retired on fixed income .......... If the monies would be available to me for such purchase . I would chose the Cherokee . Lacking interior or even a Promo Style Chassis would place this choice at a very low priority for me . Being honest is what you are seeking . Thanx ..
  9. Steve is a stellar businessman .. Thanx ..

  20. A source of pedals is the small Parts Number tags on the "trees" . File to shape . Proceed to suspend (pendulum) or drill a hole in the floor and glue in stretched sprue of correct length/diameter . Notch the backside to locate/center the newly shaped pedal to install to the top of the 'arm" . paint it and call it a day when done .. I hope this helps .. Thanx ..
  21. IIRC , the Caddies used for Ambulance Service Conversions used 9.00 X 15 Wheel/Tire Combos . The '64 Caddies used 8.00 X 14 Wheel/Tire Combos . The kits do not have modified wheel openings , Polar Lights nor AMT Ertl version . The latter (AMT - and first Movie Car) kit had some Tire / Wheel combo from left field (IMHO Trash for my needs) being NASCAR (early '70's) Speedway tires ?? Modelhaus did offer a conversion . The Model pictured here seems right as I used one of these for this Circa 1959 Ambulance . I spent 17 months fixing the roof for this to be right . http://i301.photobucket.com/albums/nn57/hawk548/Emergency Vehicles/1959 caddy Ambulance_zpsons0vp5i.jpg http://i301.photobucket.com/albums/nn57/hawk548/Emergency Vehicles/59 Cadd Ambulance_zpsgyyvjm3d.jpg The lower picture you've posted is a Snapshot of the Movie Car (1:1) . For a '64 use larger Tires than the JoHan Kit . Monogram Wide Whites perhaps .
