  1. Very neat idea. Looks pretty seamlessly integrated into the Foose design.I like it.
  2. Beautiful display Curt. Somebody is going to be a very happy, lucky winner.
  3. Great job Ken !
  4. Beautiful model Curt. A tremendous amount of work required to build an accurate current top fuel car. Well done.
  5. I plan on starting the 1/24th G4 in early 2018, as soon as I finish investigating all paint and markings options. So far I’ve found 3. ? But the mouldings themselves look very good.
  6. X2 Very nice paintwork and clean assembly, you had a very good year!
  7. X3
  8. Nye-Frank ‘Quincy Auto’ (early version of Freight Train) had a similar setup
  9. Great work Phil .Very eclectic selection.
  10. A very productive year of quality builds. Great 2017 sir.
  11. Wow,wow, wow! Very impressive flopper and i’m looking forward to the digger also. Well done ? p.s. Where did you source the blower ?
  12. Beautiful work as always John. Mad skilz dude.
  13. Tom, the car in foreground is Mickey Thompson’s driven by Jack Chrisman. It was powered by 2 BOP 215 cu.in. aluminum engines from the ‘61-‘63 midsize Tempest/F-85/Skylark.( I think 1 Pontiac and 1 Buick) The blocks were similar but the heads were different. The Buick version later became the Rover V-8.( as well as the basis for a M/T Indy car and Jack Brabham’s Repco F-1 winner.) Sorry RRR, I don’t mean to step all over your build thread, but I’m a little OCD over this era of diggers.
  14. And the Sanford-Gaide-Ratican ‘Sour Sisters ‘ Olds (early) and Chrysler (late)
  15. Early sixties I liked the “Wenderski ‘Black Beauty ‘ Chrysler
  16. That Trumpeter chassis does indeed fit nicely. I’m sure this will be another great build from your workbench. Following . p.s. You could put a sb Ford (w/2x4bbl)in it in stock location, use slightly raised stock suspension, small hood scoop and presto: killer C or D/MP (Modified Production)
  17. Looking good so far ,but the ‘37 is 1/24th and the Revell ‘40 is 1/25th. The wheelbase might not quite line up.
  18. Once again another killer build !
  19. Very cool ! Nice start to an interesting project.
  20. Absolutely beautiful work there Bill.
  21. Great job on the resto/improvements. I never owned this kit and didn’t realize it had a nice Nailhead (with finned spark plug covers) ! Was the side trim glued to the body or was it molded that way ?
  22. Excellent build ! Love all the little enhancements like the battery hold downs, separate door handles ,added side trim etc. Well done.
  23. Thank you Dave. I’m very excited about both Chevy 2’s (and the ‘66 Ford p.u.) and i’m pretty sure they’re going to be killer.
  24. So cool Doug, very well done.
