  1. I like your idea Rick....I have too many of those I need parts for or want to find again of the ones I had as a kid. I think even their snaps kits were great love to find some. Harry...your idea is very generous it would help everyone get something they have always wanted or help them pay a bill.
  2. The Revell 64,65 Chevy pickup kits had them and there different that the ones from the AMT Chevy van kits.
  3. Here you go Clayton...maybe it will help you with ideas some.
  4. Clayton... For the aged look chrome Id try using aluminum colored bottle paint or maybe something a bit more dull or dull coat the whole thing once done. If you check the two threads for pickups and light commercial I have a 64 Chevy junkyard pickup build(Ill post a reply and bring it up the listings so you can see it)
  5. David.... I have some stored in my garage for over 2 years...no damage to anything...of course decals,boxes,instructions should be kept dry as possible if you have any moisture issues in one like everyone has said. You have 150-200 kits you need to get rid of...???...what do you have....???

  7. Ray.... My dads had a 429ci and 4 speed...thing was wicked.! With the factory stock builder I need parts for I want to build it into a replica of his old one...I loved that car.

  10. Ray... My dad owned a Cyclone GT once...Id like to ether find another factory stock one or the parts his old model needs so I can restore it to what his was like. I have a few id like to make replicas of the family owned vehicles of that need stuff too. I always liked the shape of those cars anyway just thing there cool looking.
  11. Welcome Steve...! Were all addicted to models here. I have been building since the age of 6 or 7....there are lots of very helpful kind people here.

  13. Ray... I have the factory stock issued one a build up needing parts...really wish they could have brought back the factory stock parts in the one issue of the car. I have the original MPC version of this kit still sealed from the 70s it dose not have them ether from what I hear...bummer.

Mid 70s Pontiac Can Am. 60s Dodge pickups. 60s,70s International Travelall. 50s,60s big trucks. Camping trailer kits and motor homes. More diorama building set kits...like MRC did. AMT Craftsman series kits back...and old race team sets. 65-69 Buick Skylark and wagons. 75 Trans Am. 61-63 Ford pickups. 60s Chevy and Ford vans. 65,66 Chrysler 300 HT. Large scale stuff....TA,monogram show rods,Stock Ford van...others.

  22. I know it wont happen but if it did and i did not die of a heart attack.... Id share it with people that have been nice to me and ones I know that need help. Pay off all our debts. Id get a house built or bought for us that is big enough and nice with a real place to build for me. Then Yes...id help fund some long overdue kits that need to be done for everyone. After that I would probably try to find some kits/promos that mean something to me.
