  1. Some great memories seeing all these old one gents...thanks. I was always into vehicle related stuff...and I saved most of my childhood ones but there gone now for the most part sadly. Some I had were these... Smash up derby set with the 57 Ford and 57 Chevy wagon? Spin welders set. Normatt Winnebago motorhome. many Evil Kenevil sets. Old early 70s issued Monogram show rod kits. 60s-70s promo cars. Hot Wheels and sets. Slot car tracks. and many model kits.
  2. Welcome Don...! Its always good to have another member to share with and learn from as well. Building is a great way to relax and pass time.
  3. Jerry....Just take your own time on it...it will look great. Some of my friends and relatives owned Buicks.... 66 GS HT 69 GS California special 67 GS 400 All were very nice cars. Many years ago a friend gave me a tip on building(treat every part as if it were a model itself)...has helped me a lot.

  9. I missed many kits over the years due to funds issues but the ones from the 60s and early 70s are the ones I miss the most... Johans snap and promo like kits and about 1/2 of their glue kits mid 60s to early 70s MPC kits and some AMT ones. also miss Hubley kits. I had the Aurora race shop and cars, etc. once...wish I had them again.

  11. Very nice..! Someday I need to find the stuff to make one I use to own of a 71-75 Dodge custom van and make a replica of it.
  12. If they could or would these would be nice.... 71-75 Dodge van more other 60s station wagons...with stock option. Old Monogram show rods that haven't been re-issued like(Un-Real Roller) !/8th scale Pontiac Trans Am 60s Dodge pickup camping trailer kit 69-72 Grand Prix 60s Ford or Chevy vans
  13. My condolences Carl buddy....its hard to loose a friend or anyone for that matter. Same on the 2 sons...there the ones that have missed out and will have to live with it. Family and our extended family and friends are everything to us so we treat them as they should be.
