  1. They still offer manual windows on the new GMC pickup trucks.
  2. Build more models?
  3. I saw the latest issue at our club meeting tonight, and will pick up mine when I visit the hobby shop next week.
  4. We have dumb mules here lighting off fireworks after 11 p.m. on the Fourth, like no one wants to sleep at night right?
  5. I try to clean mine before I get a "grease fire" that engulfs the entire cooking area and the food on it.
  6. I just got done cleaning our grill 'bout an hour ago, and will get the propane tank topped off in the morning.
  7. I bought some a few years back for that very same reason, however I have not got around to using them as yet.
  8. I too spend too much time on this keyboard, checking out this forum as well as others. Oh well..........................
  9. No more Hobbytown USA?
  10. Yes the "nuke plant " was an interesting place to work.
  11. I drink my caffeine every day, and that didn't stop me from passing a drug test when I worked at a nuclear power plant. I worked there four different times and never failed a drug test. As for driving, they let me drive a Mack cab over truck without a CDL license also.
  12. I believe that when I checked a long time ago, the red line tires didn't come out 'til '64 or '65.
  13. I hafta agree with you as the headrest in my wife's car get in the way of seeing objects in the rear view mirror, and my new truck has a head rest for the so-called center seat which is also in the way. The owners manual says it cannot be removed on page 149, however the service department had no problem removing it for me. I was glad about that.
  14. AWESOME photo and thanks!
  15. While I haven't tried Alclad, I have tried and used Spaz-Stix with good results on both plastic & resin parts. Of course I use a "rattle can" as I haven't used my air-brush in many years and recently sold my air-brushes & compressor.
  16. Very nice build on that Anglia Jim, as I've been a huge "gasser fan" for many years. Thanks.
  17. Yes, I've seen pictures of that ride a few weeks ago, and it's pretty cool.
  18. I just saw my doc today for an ongoing problem since Memorial Day, and he gave me an injection in my shoulder and also prescribed therapy for awhile as well. He says it may take a couple of months before the hurt goes away, as I sprained my bicep.
  19. I believe that it was '66 or '67 when Mopar started using the Magnum 500 wheels, and yes steelie's & dog dish hub caps would be right for a '63 Plymouth and also an excellent choice.
  20. I'm surprised that your doc didn't give you an epidural for your sciatic problem as it worked wonders for me back in '98. Of course everyone is different.
  21. You did a great job Dan, as there will always be someone who tries to pull stuff like that. I had someone threaten me with an attorney and I said bring 'em on, and of course they never did.
