I've got a line on a '70 Charger kit, and I'm waiting to see how it pans out. If not, I have plenty of other kits to keep me amused.

I've never had a problem with Tamiya or Testors Clear, and I always shoot the clear coats 24 hours after the color coats.

I read in today's newspaper that the release of the movie Furious 7 will be in the spring of next (2015) year, with the Walker brothers filling in for the late Paul Walker.

Since I don't have a Pay Pal account, I had a good friend get me a Danbury Mint Kookie's Kar from Evil-bay. I looks great and I'm doin' the "happy dance" as I put it in my display case.

We have many panhandlers and homeless people in this country as well, even more.

MANY years ago before Model Cars Magazine, Dean Milano scratch built a Corvair Rampside and it was gorgeous. Don't recall which magazine it was in, and if I even have it anymore. Too bad nobody casted that beauty.

I apply the Wet Look Clear just like any other clear. I paint the day after the color coats are applied and do two mist coats and one wet coat 'bout 20 minutes apart. I always warm my rattle can for 'bout 6 minutes before spraying.

A one foot cube of gold weighs 1/2 ton.

Maybe you have a friend with a paint booth, that will let you use it to spray some bodies?

I was lucky to get to test drive a pre-production" Ford F-150 today as part of a promotion program. The new 2015 Ford truck will be showing up at dealerships 'bout mid January. Nice ride!

I usually let my spray cans sit in a pot of warm water for 'bout 6 minutes before spraying, and I do this for every coat whether mist or wet. I also spray inside the house most of the time.

I was able to see the previous 5 shows over the years, and always look forward to the next one, that's how good they are. Of course we stop at Hooters for lunch before the show, so were not hungry while we're checking out all the awesome rides. The show is ALWAYS the weekend before Thanksgiving. Enjoy!

The 6th annual Muscle Car & Corvette Nationals will be held on Nov. 22nd & 23rd at the Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont , Illinois (Chicagoland) and is a great place to see many rare cars from around the country. This is a "Premier" car show that would provide many great opportunities for reference photos for your upcoming and future model car builds. There is also a 1:1 swap meet/vendor area as well as 1:1 cars for sale. Model car kits also for sale as well. This is a "must see" event as you won't be disappointed.
