  1. Aha! I was right for once! Woohoo! Thanks Gregg.
  2. I've been seeing them for a couple of days now. I've been assuming Gregg is allowing this to help pay the cost of running the forum. As I say I'm assuming only.
  3. Very nice Gallardo! Very appropriate colour.
  4. We are. That's Marvin the Martian from the cartoons. Martian? Car- toons? Martian? Car? Applicable n'est pas?
  5. Great job, Nick! They are both very well done.
  6. Fantastic vintage Aston. It also looks really good with it's contemporaries. Great job, Matt!
  7. Daryl, usually we don't get much of aftermarket at shows here in Canada as it's too much of a hassle for dealers or aftermarket guys to get their stuff across the border. Sometimes you will find stuff that guys bought but decided they don't want anymore. Don't know if Randy will have any Perry's stuff there if he is vending. Plaskit the truck aftermarket fellow is often there. Hope this helps. Now if we were talking military stuff then I've been to I.P.M.S. type shows where there are Canadian dealers that bring a ton of aftermarket stuff in but military & plane guys are a whole different ball o' wax so to speak.
  8. Kevin, I'm sure your models are worthy. You have to go with the view that this is a day to spend with like minded people (model car builders), find some bargains or maybe grails, pick up hints and ideas from other builders, see some amazing modeling and if you bring home hardware great but if not it was a good day anyway because of all the other stuff. Normally I would attend but will be in Montreal that weekend at the I.P.M.S. meet being held there.
  9. Very nicely done. Do like the substitute wheels.
  10. It's difficult for me to narrow it down to just one year. Any 63-67 Corvette is great. Same with tri-five Chevies and any early generation Riv. But did GM design only start in the 60's as this person seems to think? How about a 35 Chev coupe? or a 49 Cadillac Sedanet or a 33 Cadillac Aerodynamic Coupe? 53 Eldorado or Riv?
  11. Very cool paint job and nice detailing! Job well done, sir.
  12. Canada here! Penetanguishene, Ontario on the south shore of Georgian Bay. Bilingual community (English and French).
  13. Great build of this Mustang kit! Cool subject matter and a really clean build.
  14. Excellent build! Great colour combo and great details. Like it a lot.
  15. Congratulations, Kate! That is a great build of a historic vehicle. Job well done young lady!
  16. Have to agree with the others. Great colour choice and with those wheels it really looks sinister. Job well done.
  17. What a cool build! Love the work you put into getting the correct detail. Congrats!
  18. Great job on the BMW. As others have said it turned really well and you can't tell it fought you.
  19. Congratulations, Ken! That is great and certainly well deserved as your dioramas are art expecially with your eye for detail.
  20. Very cool! Clean build and great decal work. Congrats!
  21. What a great concept! Extremely well done Dominik! You're right, the Ferrari fans might have heart arrest though! Bravo on this build!
  22. Cool concept, great execution. Congrats.
  23. A great build of a rare kit, Mark! Welcome to the forum and keeping sharing the builds with us.
  24. Thanks for the pics, Nick. Glad to see the Durham group doing well. Be sure to keep sharing this stuff with us.
