  1. Instead of a new section I propose the following. When the new threads are added add a tag say 2014 review and some thing like build for single builds. Then pin a thread with that tag included and a title like 2014 build reviews. Same thing for the single builds. Then there would be a way to get a sorted list. No need for any new sections and a feature that already exists can be used. Just a thought.
  2. This forum is like playing telephone by the time it gets around the room the phrase is totally different that what it started as. The op commented was that he liked the build reviews but because of the volume of posts new posts could end up several pages back. He was commenting that there should be a separate section for end of year build reviews.
  3. Richard can't say it enough times this is a work of art.
  4. Nice work. Interior looks great.
  5. Don't touch it. What would be neat would be to get another kit and do your version. Then you would have models built by 2 generations.
  6. Really nice work. Killer paint.
  7. I understand. Other than glue you are building out of the box.
  8. Love the concept of an easy build. I'm surprised you decided to not paint the interior. Keep up the good work.
  9. Its not just the auto industry that's gone into the crapper. I knew we were in trouble when Ronald Reagan said we were going to become a service related country. If walmart and the fast food restaurant could outsource their jobs they would.
  10. Also the pins can also be used for shifter knobs.
  11. Cool idea. Also the trailer in one of the side photos was cool. Great use for something that in all likely hood would have been scrapped.
  12. I need some help posting pictures. I've created a fokti site and am using a Galazy tab2 7.0 android tablet. When I paste the photo the url shows in the topic and not the photo. Any thoughts on how to get the photo to show without having to click the url?
  13. I believe the issue isn't with the build reviews rather the volume of the posts. Something posted can end up down a page or more. The common request is to add more specialized forum topics. However that creates other issues. Where do you put the new item? Somebody else doesn't want it separated out. Or people won't put their topic in the right place.
  14. When a topic is created there is an option to add up to four tags. If tags have been added they also show next to the topic title.
  15. I'm curious how the topic tags work and how they are used.
  16. Nice thought but I don't see another place for year in review builds happening. There have been calls for more sections before and the answer is the same. Also There is also another contigent that says there are already too many sections.
  17. I'd say its courting disaster. If you could get an oribital action then it would make sense. You also run the risk on burning through any edges. If you are doing it to save time you have to acept the possibility of ruining the paint and having to redo it. It would be better to put the effort into getting smooth glassy finishes that don't need to have a lot of poloishing.
  18. Another great touch. Its great to see the process for making the parts,
  19. Very well done.
  20. Wow nice work. Great save on the javelin.
