  1. Either you're pulling our (me) leg or I've gone blind!
  2. Nice! '49 Fords have always been a Favorite of mine (birth year) Have a couple on the primer pile also.
  3. You could try selling/offering the Futureliner on a subscription basis, or just the front & back and let the modeler have at for the rest. The Rampside has limited appeal for sure, but it seems to have a good base. Depending on the parts count, 125.00 doesn't sound too steep to me.
  4. Here's another, Sets in 90 seconds http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/GovernmentSolutions/Home/ProductInformation/ProductCatalog/~/3M-Adhesives?N=3293949079&rt=d
  5. Only if they are twerkin' while huggin'
  6. OOH your right! There are numbers in front of the 2811 like this 85-2811. I'll give it another shot! Thank you!
  7. " bikers are hoodlums on welfare," This is just sooo false, they are wealthy meth dealers.
  8. Can anyone verify that the windshield in the Foose 1/12th Camaro is #130? I tried to BUY this part for an older issue of it. I filled out the form that the CS rep instructed using the kit #8510 and the part #130 and they responded that it is discontinued. I know the Foose kit is #8511, but I don't know if the WS is #130 in the new issue.
  9. Congratulations!! Now go mow the lawn and take out the trash
  10. posting anything on this forum for me has been a 50/50 chance. I hit post and a green box drops down and little boxes toggle and then nothing. I'm trying Google chrome now with this post to see what happens.
  11. Hear! Hear! after I started using New Content, made this forum much more relevant.
  12. Turning 65 today and getting a card from my hunny-bunny! BOO-YA!
  13. Hey Jules, don't be afraid to try different cutting tools also. I found I did better with a blade that's curved and meant for the #2 handle. I ground the shank to fit a #1 and that helped me. Also blacking out the blade with a marker helped too.
  14. Mine would be : 1965/66 Barracuda( brother and I raced one in 1966) 1966 Chevy II SS L-79 Had one in 1969 Not a muscle car by any means but a 1970 Opel GT These would be at the TOP of my list of must have cars if I ever came into some serious money... And I wouldn't have just one of each!
  15. Man! and I thought mesa as dusty!! GOOD GRIEF
  16. Looks cool in a military way LOL.
  17. I prefer to shop at the stores that have "15 items or ELSE " above the checkout aisle
  18. What PE kit did you use? Although I got the revel Pro modeler kit in an unrelated trade, I was thinking of using the AMT RR or GTX for the running gear/frame. And the model is looking good!
  19. What everyone else said, and then some! Really outstanding work!!
  20. Nice work! Not real crazy about the woodgrain, but good job overall.
  21. (I'll sacrifice air) Not in AZ !!
  22. If you had trouble building the Minicraft kit, the Mustang won't be much better. Minicraft does have a Hot Rod version of the Model A . The problem I see is that large scale is never easy, just because of the size. If you want to build and kit bash why not work in a smaller scale, especially if budget is a concern. Why not ask for suggestions on kits to get with an emphasis on how well they are engineered.
