  1. I was among the first to get issue 222. But no sign of 223 yet. I’m in Utah and looking fwd to it showing up!
  2. Nice work! Here is a real one at a dealer in Philly back in 2006.
  3. That looks so nice - and back when the cars looked almost like a street car. I have that kit - just partly started. I should finish it - good to know the decals held up! Great job!!
  4. It’s hard to believe the gasser wagon was out 8 years ago already. Would be good to have any of them back.
  5. Looks very nicely done. Agree that the slicks are a good upgrade.
  6. VERY nice!!! Love the wheels.
  7. Beautifully done!
  8. That is nice! I’m finishing mine up, and you’re right - it’s finicky!
  9. Looks very nice!
  10. Very, very nice! How much modification was needed to use the Polar Lights chassis under that body?
  11. I finished this old AMT kit today. It was supposed to be done Sunday to make it in 24 hours, but due to other commitments during the weekend and a massive number of fit issues it got done today. The Tamiya Chrome Yellow went on well out of the can, as did the other Tamiya paints I used. It had been in my stash for 24 years, so glad it finally made it to the shelf!!
  12. Really great!! Outstanding choice of wheels, tires and paint and great stance!
  13. Very nice! And nice paint choice! I have a few in inventory and should actually build one!!
  14. Really really nice!
  15. All very nice! I particularly like the VW bus and r/e Mustang!!
  16. Great! That Mustang in particular is beautiful!
  17. That is great!!
  18. Very nice! And great wipers! It’s a nice kit, isn’t it?
  19. Hi, thanks for the compliment! The paint is Tamiya metallic orange with Tamiya clear on top. I used white Tamiya primer. All of it was out of the rattle can. I first polished the clear with a 4000 polishing pad, then used Tamiya polish and finished with The Treatment wax.
  20. Setzer Vega is my favorite. All are nice!!!!
  21. Actually there were 5, but I only have photos of 4.
  22. Looks great!! I bought mine at Ollies a few years back. Revell must not have realized it waS going to end up being quite popular. Didn't it come out right before the “original” Revell went blooey a few years back?
  23. Thanks for all the suggestions. Super helpful. The Ford 5 Window sounds like the best option. The engine swap might be good, but a lot of my stash is currently in storage. But maybe I have something useful for trade in what’s in my house now.
  24. I am working on a hot rod project and want to use a 392 hemi. I’ve read the Mobius Chrysler 300 has the best “street” 392 hemi available. But I hate to buy the kit just for the engine. I’ve tried to check Cults3-D, and some other places for a 392 hemi with no luck. I know the Revell Willys and AMT altereds have 392s, but they are set up for drag racing. Any suggestions?
