  1. Yes sir, I’m going to rest on the big stuff, and start a 1/24 project. Something that has less than 1000 parts count. I bought a mfh cobra from Mark. Started it and going to paint her tomorrow. I sanded and primed her in black. I’m hoping it will be finished in a month or so rather than years on the big stuff. Here is a mock up of her.
  2. Good morning sir. Great job! Looks fantastic.
  3. Sanded and primed the car black. This is not the paint finish. Primed only. Molded in the hood scoop. Took the trunk humps out because it’s going to be a street car. Polished the windshield framework. Another mockup. Painting soon.
  4. This is fantastic!!!! This is not modeling , this is far beyond modeling, fabrication, machining, refinishing, etc etc…… incredible sir! Great job and your skills are amazing. WOW!!!
  5. Just bought this . Had to start it. Mock up. Love the mfh wheels and tires
  6. Thank you absmiami. A friend said at least my doggie has expensive taste.
  7. Yes stavanzer, the wheel is really a tough assembly. Took several days and different stages to finish one wheel. Headache is more like it. Actually it’s eye strain then headache. I’m going to let this one rest a bit. Going back to the Mercedes. What is strange is the big Italian cars are a lot tougher to build for some reason. The Mercedes gullwing is a cakewalk compared to my Muira and GTO. Weird but true. And thank you for your comment.
  8. Hello Chris. So far the Ferrari 250 GTO is a little challenging. The wheels are a real pain. Just laced one and I thought that was enough but 3 more to go.
  9. Laced a 1/8 scale wire wheel. For a Ferrari 250 GTO. Pain in the rear. Three more to go.
  10. Bought this from my friend Mark. 289 fia roadster. This is going to be fun.
  11. Great job. This car was so underrated. I used to work on these at the ford dealer. The engine was amazing. When I test drove them , it was just about as fast as the 5.0 mustang. But smooth. I thought this engine would be fun in the focus. Great job sir.
  12. Beautiful sir! The sound of this car was wild. Nice job on your build.
  13. The color of the seats will look good on the blue.
  14. Had a little problem with my Ferrari GTO seat. But now repaired. Was supposed to be blue but now natural terracotta.
  15. Disaster over. Had a redirection . Seat supposed to be blue but now it’s ( natural terracotta in Ferrari language.
  16. I kind of mixed up the good seat with the repaired one. But painted them at the same time, but you get the idea.
  17. Hello. Changed direction a little. The seat is supposed to be blue. But a little doggie changed the direction a little. Repaired the seat and painted it a brown/ tan color. In Ferrari language it’s ( natural terracotta) it will still match the color of the car. I’m pleased in the way the seat came out. Thought it was totaled. Here are a few pics.
  18. Problem fixed. Just paint Thank god!!!!
  19. hello Mr Mike. Yes it is kind of filled but I just stuffed it back in and put the putty over it. The outside is a rubber/ plastic material. Had something that might work and took a gamble. Did not have anything to lose. But somehow it worked out. Here is a pic of the primered seat. Using flexible materials on it. Glad I have this stuff at work as if I had to buy the materials, holy cow that would be expensive. Going to have to get some dye for the seat. The dye is a flexible paint,
  20. Hello Carl. The seat might have a chance. Need to keep filling , sanding and priming. And with a prayer it will be good.
  21. Trying to save a seat. Maybe it might have a chance. A wip right now. Need to keep sanding. Used a flexible glazing putty.
  22. Very nice pair of mustangs.
  23. Ferrari 250 GTO . A few more things completed.
  24. By the way sir, I have painted the Gullwing. That one is comming out pretty good. Love that kit. The Gullwing is falling into place. Here is a few pics of her.
